I'm the Chef at the Fountain Springs Country Inn & was the Chef at the Gallery Restaurant in Pottsville for many years I'm also the owner of Pop's Original Screamer's in Ashland. I would just like to say the food was outstanding & our server was exceptional (top notch). Highly recommend the Brick house 5 stars. thanks for a great evening.”

“Best attitude in customer and very service oriented people. Always ready to give you assistance. The egg sandwiches on Saturday morning are the best ever. I especially like the bagel one with bacon and my husband likes the English muffin one with sausage. They also have the best custard filled, chocolate covered eclairs I have ever tasted. Their coffee beans are also best coffee ever. We have tried coffee beans in other places but this coffee tastes great. And that's that.”

“We stopped in for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the drinks were delicious. My youngest son has already declared the Galaxy drink his new favorite! My oldest enjoyed looking through the record selection and found a few albums to take home. Great atmosphere, friendly people, and excellent customer service. We'll definitely be back.”

The food was absolutely delicious and so beautifully prepared. The drinks were exquisite and like the salad, ice cold the way you dream of. The meal was piping hot. That never happens.

“We happened to stumble in to 1787 Brewery when we were in Hamburg. Glad we did!! Delicious tacos. He had chicken tacos (Pollo Asado) and I had smash burger tacos. Both soooo delicious!!! $12 a bargain!! we started with honey Sriracha toasted Brussell Sprouts. Best we've ever had! If you're in the area, make the stop! Worth it!”

“Stopped by while working and figured I would try it out. So glad I did and disappointed how many times I've passed it and never stopped! I'm ashamed I forgot to take a picture of the food when it came out, but it smelled so good I just dug in right away! Got their steak taco special which gives 2 tacos, rice and beans and I didn't have any more room to finish the chips and salsa. Got to speak to the owner and she's a very sweet lady.

“We arrived late morning (11am) on a Saturday. We were pleasantly surprised we could still order breakfast ( available all day). While they were busy, we were seated right away and received prompt service. Our service was quick, they served warm syrup for the French toast.”
