I'm the Chef at the Fountain Springs Country Inn & was the Chef at the Gallery Restaurant in Pottsville for many years I'm also the owner of Pop's Original Screamer's in Ashland. “Best attitude in customer and very service oriented people. Always ready to give you assistance. The egg sandwiches on Saturday morning are the best ever. I especially like the bagel one with bacon and my husband likes the English muffin one with sausage. They also have the best custard filled, chocolate covered eclairs I have ever tasted. Their coffee beans are also best coffee ever. We have tried coffee beans in other places but this coffee tastes great. And that's that.”

My youngest son has already declared the Galaxy drink his new favorite! My oldest enjoyed looking through the record selection and found a few albums to take home. The bread starter, appetizer, and main course all came out at just the right times, so we never felt like we were waiting around. We actually didn't realize how long we'd been there because everything flowed so well. The cocktails were delicious, and our waitress was awesome and on top of everything all night. “We happened to stumble in to 1787 Brewery when we were in Hamburg. Glad we did!! Delicious tacos. He had chicken tacos (Pollo Asado) and I had smash burger tacos. Both soooo delicious!!! $12 a bargain!! we started with honey Sriracha toasted Brussell Sprouts. Best we've ever had! If you're in the area, make the stop! Worth it!”

“We arrived late morning (11am) on a Saturday. We were pleasantly surprised we could still order breakfast ( available all day). While they were busy, we were seated right away and received prompt service. Our service was quick, they served warm syrup for the French toast.”

“I always get the asada fries and they are delicious. But over time I believe they have gotten lower with their quantity on fries. It used to be a more filling entree dish, now it’s like the size of a side.”
