“I love this shop. The staff is always nice!! Today they messed up my order though but was so pleasant about fixing it. They messed it up again but I just went on my way. I always get the exact same thing for happy hour, mocha iced latte, light ice with whipped cream. But today just want my day😢 Neither of these are right and they are not tasty at all. You can tell each beverage is crafted with love and care. You won't find that experience anywhere else. It truly feels like a third place between work and home. “I go here so often that they have my drink memorized and I don’t even have to order it anymore, they just know automatically what to make when they see me or my fiance. It’s always made perfect (even though it depends on who makes it regarding the caramel drizzle because sometimes it’s a good amount and sometimes it’s very little (I’m addicted to it and when I say extra, I totally mean EXTRA) lol.
