“As a regular who remote works here up to 21 hours some weeks, I find the negative reviews inconsistent with my daily experience. This is the best-run (and cleanest!) Starbucks I’ve visited nationwide. The baristas are genuinely friendly and attentive, and my drinks are consistently well-made. Great atmosphere for remote work.“

“I've been coming here for a long time and it's pretty good for what it is (a McDonald's). Recently it hasn't been as good, but I don't blame the management, I blame the lack of investment from a portion of the teenagers they have to hire. Some of them are great (I mean that), but some of them know that this is just the next job before the next job, and no amount of management motivation is going to change that.

Today I had multiple issues. The first one was the cleanliness of the tables, so I told the (very) young woman by the counter and she looked very annoyed then just went back to standing there without saying a word to anyone. I cleaned my own table with a wet napkin, which I had planned to do anyway. The second issue I had was that my food was made wrong, so I told the manager. She immediately apologized and made it right. Then from my table I'm pretty sure I heard her calmly questioning the young man who made my sandwich, who BTW was very nice when he brought it out to me earlier. He wasn't rude, she wasn't rude, I wasn't rude, it was just something that happened that she fixed for me and then apparently addressed.

An argument could be made that better management/ownership would improve the situation, but I disagree. Just like at my job, I know that there are certain people that are unmanageable and can never be motivated. I don't think that was the issue with the person that made my food, I think it was just a mistake that was made and then addressed. That's why after years of eating here pretty regularly, I'm still giving it 4 stars, because I still see management fighting their daily battle. From day to day you never know who you're going to get, and it's been good way more than not.

“Honestly its great place. The only reason it dont get 5 stars is because of the slow pace they have. If they could pick up a sence of ergency and not have cars waiting for 20mins in line it would make 5 stars. That's even on the good days when they are staffed.“

“I love this shop. The staff is always nice!! Today they messed up my order though but was so pleasant about fixing it. They messed it up again but I just went on my way. “The new management is great. They don't have QR scanner so you use giant rewards card instead of starbucks. I literally go in the morning when the three wonderful ladies are working and ask them to surprise me, i have yet to be disappointed!“

“Staff is extremely kind and helpful. This location has set my standard to a bar I previously thought was impossible. Every drink I have ordered from them over the past year has been perfect. You can tell each beverage is crafted with love and care. You won't find that experience anywhere else. It truly feels like a third place between work and home. We all ought to take time to appreciate the baristas by tipping handsomely. I would never consider going to another starbucks. “Been going here for a few months now. I typically order through the app, I don't think I've ever had an incorrect order. My regular coffee order tastes consistent, staff has always been nice even when they are slammed. I've personally never had any issues!“

“Iced chi tea latte tasted funny here and I don't know why almost tasted like the chi syrup was bad or old. The place was clean,service was quick. I'd visit again can't judge based off one drink. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Next to chipotle and across from bass pro shop. Easy to get back on 95 or head downtown bpt.“

“I am on a cane with vision problems, the staff was helpful and met all my needs. My food was prepared right and packaged well for my trip home.
I ordered the 6$ meal deal with coffee and two dozen donuts. I highly recommend this Dunkin. A+++“

“This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We placed our order, waited 15 minutes, girl says to us "we already put it out for p/u someone took our order or they gave it to someone in drive thru. Then after waiting another 10 minutes they gave us our food- no drinks!! After 10 more minutes I asked what was happening with my drink they said they are still working on it. Coffee didn't take that long. I asked for my money from the coffee back after opting for a water they tell me that the water cost more than the coffee!!! This place is horrible, not even 5 customers and they can't get anything right!! And, it wasn't even rush hour! approximately 5 customers at the time we arrived there. Employees just hanging out in the back with just one girl running register and drive thru. and no. I didn't get my coffee. less than 1/2 a star. not worth the star at all“
