“Been going here for a few months now. I typically order through the app, I don't think I've ever had an incorrect order. My regular coffee order tastes consistent, staff has always been nice even when they are slammed. I've personally never had any issues!“

“Stumbled across this gem after a trip to Renningers market. We got the half wrap/soup combo with the chicken Caesar wrap and chicken corn chowder. The Chicken corn chowder is to DIE for! They offer homemade baked goods and healthier options which is always a plus for me. Prices can’t be beat. Our new breakfast/lunch go-to for sure.“

“I went to Kutztown back in the 1990s when the Bagel Bar still operated out of the bike shop. The bagels were good and service was friendly, but the owner's husband kept trying to recruit me into Amway. Recommended place to get bagels so long as the husband is off the Amway thing.“

She said that we have to order something and we told we placed mobile orders and just said well next time place it with your mobile order. We checked and I don’t think there’s a way to do that. But she said it in a really disrespectful tone. If we aren’t able to get the cup of water or we have to pay for it’s totally fine we would’ve understood but it’s just the fact she was rude to us this shouldn’t be happening.“

“I've been coming here for a long time and it's pretty good for what it is (a McDonald's). Recently it hasn't been as good, but I don't blame the management, I blame the lack of investment from a portion of the teenagers they have to hire. Some of them are great (I mean that), but some of them know that this is just the next job before the next job, and no amount of management motivation is going to change that.

Today I had multiple issues. The first one was the cleanliness of the tables, so I told the (very) young woman by the counter and she looked very annoyed then just went back to standing there without saying a word to anyone. I cleaned my own table with a wet napkin, which I had planned to do anyway. The second issue I had was that my food was made wrong, so I told the manager. She immediately apologized and made it right. Then from my table I'm pretty sure I heard her calmly questioning the young man who made my sandwich, who BTW was very nice when he brought it out to me earlier. He wasn't rude, she wasn't rude, I wasn't rude, it was just something that happened that she fixed for me and then apparently addressed.

An argument could be made that better management/ownership would improve the situation, but I disagree. Just like at my job, I know that there are certain people that are unmanageable and can never be motivated. I don't think that was the issue with the person that made my food, I think it was just a mistake that was made and then addressed. That's why after years of eating here pretty regularly, I'm still giving it 4 stars, because I still see management fighting their daily battle. From day to day you never know who you're going to get, and it's been good way more than not.

“Morning breakfast crew, Monday to Friday is the best. They have it down pack. I always get a medium coffee 3 creams 5 sugars on the side and i rotate breakfast sandwiches thru out the week. It's always hot, freshly made and fast. The black older man that charges customer in the first window is a sweetheart with great attitude and the same with the other 2 guys that hand out the food. Polite and precise. The very Best!!“
