“I’m a regular at this location and thought I’d boost a partner! Emma is THE BEST! She is always the one who will go out of her way to greet my partner and I and give us great service. As a former Starbucks SS, I understand the amount of pressure everyone who works there gets from all levels of management. Between being understaffed most days, being forced to write on cups (I also agree this is ridiculous) taking away time to do actual tasks, it gets rough. But Emma is always the one to keep her head up and have a friendly interaction. Thank you Emma for being awesome!“
