“Nice atmosphere but bartenders to be more attentive, waited 30 mins to get a beer. Two bartenders kept serving one side of the bar. Came to our side and served someone that just came up even after I asked the bar tender when you get a chance can you get my order. Maybe it was a fluke, I did when is busy I have worked in the service industry.“

“This was our first time at The Downtown, but it won't be our last.

The restaurant was clean and well laid out and decorated for Christmas. We were greeted immediately and seated quickly.

Our server, Bryce, was great. Attentive, friendly, and efficient.

Our drinks came quickly. My wife's cranberry margarita was especially delightful.

The food was excellent. It came timely, but not in a rush. We got the tots appetizer, which was really tasty - the beer cheese in particular. My wife got the French dip, with real roast beef, not just cold cuts. I got the Kinda Healthy salad (with a cheeseburger on top!), which was really great.

Overall this is a fantastic neighborhood restaurant. There were people at the bar watching the game and families with kids in the dining area, making for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

As somone with bad social anxiety i really appreciate that. However today i felt almost obligated to order with the cashier. Maybe a simple "hello how are you" would suffice to not make people feel obligated. I didnt order what I really wanted and didnt eat my food because of the interaction. 🫠“

“Visited in Florida and absolutely loved it!!! The staff, food and vibes were amazing! I will take this place over 5guys and Jake’s Wayback as well as those other fast food burger joints any day!!! The custard, made on premise is out of this world!!! I am am so stoked to see there are a few locations semi close to me near Hatfield, Lancaster so day trips are on the calendar!!!

“I think one of the 1st times the food actually looks like the pictures on menu screen. Food was good. Fries were very hot on one tray but guess the other tray got the fries from a different batch. “I know this is not a Michelin Star restaurant, but this is the best Burger King locations in the area. The food was exactly what it was supposed to be, made to order and served hot. The restaurant was very clean, and someone was always cleaning something. The counter service person was very polite and efficient. I spoke to the manager, Noah. He was very nice, and very proud of his crew. I will definitely choose this location next time I want Burger King.“
