“Ate here twice in a week. It's a family atmosphere. Small town. Be advised: in this area, when you order a "salad" it's more than likely going to come with some variety of potato IN the salad. I had the Buffalo chicken salad one night. I had to stop myself from licking the bowl clean. Fries in the salad.Also had their taco salad. No taters in this one but it was good too. It was my feeble attempt to eat healthy for the week. LoL. They had specials. Great value. I'll be back my next trip to their area.“

“I usually don't leave reviews unless it was a horrible experience or exceptionally amazing. In this case, it was awesome. Daddy's Main Street catered my niece's baby shower yesterday. The food was yummy!! Mac & cheese with bacon crumbles was creamy, pulled pork wasn't overly sweet or smoky. It was perfectly balanced. The tortellini pasta salad was delicious!! I'm not a fan of tortellini but I loved it!! My mom eats very little and has become very picky but she asked me to get her another helping of the pork. That speaks volumes!! If anyone is in need of a caterer, I highly recommend Daddy's Main Street in Clarion. You won't be disappointed.“

“Even though they were busy they treated out group of ten fantastic!!! We were there for my great nephew's 16th birthday and everything was awesome!!! They even gave him dessert to take home since he was already full from the lunch!!!! Great job everyone!!! I will definitely be back!!!!Kid-friendliness: There was 3 children with us 8 years old and under and they treated them very respectfully!!!“

“This place can get hectic on the weekends and sometimes you have to wait while they clean the tables. The food is so good that it’s definitely worth the wait. We have stopped for hamburgers which were delicious. The meatloaf is outrageous. Last time we were there we had all you can eat crab legs! What a treat and they weren’t shy in keeping the crab coming. Their salads are fresh and not the typical side salad afterthought served by other restaurants. Try the ranch dressing. It’s made in house. Make the trip to Rimersburg. You can thank me later.“

“The food was very good. Just like the name implies, it was Country cooking. Pricing was great and realistic. I did not ever see the bottom of my coffee cup until we were ready to leave. Missed that style cooking. Very glad we stopped on a whim and we will be returning the next time through the area.“

“Walked in there was zero people in there. I got a chicken patty sandwich and fries. food took 20 ish minutes and the waiter was really nice. so anyways food wise the fries were fresh handcut and fire. i disliked the chicken but good place would “

“I think this was the nicest Applebee's I've ever been to. Excellent service, staff was friendly, everything was tidy. Drinks were costly, especially when I ordered like 4 or five... lol... but they were so tasty!!! And as an out of towner, I felt so welcome!! Highly recommend.“

“Interesting place being located in an old storefront. We had to wait a few minutes before being seated and once inside it was obvious why (although with the nearby college there should be an ample supply of help). Shout out to Erin who was a machine at serving. They have a good selection of brews to choose from and an interesting menu everything from burgers to steaks. The meal was prepared as ordered and arrived hot to the table.“

“My husband and I went on a little adventure and just happened to find this establishment. When you first walk in to the place you can clearly see the owners tried to maintain a bit of history. When you walk through to the restaurant you can see the many newspapers clippings announcing the excitement of the original opening in 1940's. When we walked into the restaurant area we where told to sit anywhere we would like and it didnt take long for someone to come get our drink order and give us menus. There is a bar separate from the restaurant area. You are welcome to order a beer or wine with dinner if you'd like though. I ordered their beer battered fish dinner and my husband ordered their smothered chicken. While we waited for our meals we where able to make a salad at there small, yet fresh salad bar. Our dinners came and we where both pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of our meals. Everything was delicious and we will be returning to this restaurant.“
