Dunkin' Donuts in State College

“I always always order the loaded hashbrowns and this dunkin is the only one that fills the cup full with bacon! I’ve been to multiple locations and they barely put any bacon or cheese but this location does it perfectly! I drive out of my way to go there! They always know exactly what I want also!“

“I was there this morning and one person (I think he said his name was Aman) was running the whole place by himself. And it was busy! I know this happens by chance sometimes, but this guy was pumping out drinks, serving food, and taking orders seamlessly and without attitude.

Kudos, dude! You deserve the biggest raise allowed.“

“Occasionally, I’ll swing through to grab breakfast in the morning, normally through drive-through. Never had any issues in the past, they are very consistent with their customer experience and food quality. Today when I went through, he accidentally rang me up for a meal that cost for five dollars different, but immediately caught it and apologized. Gave me a refund and a complementary item. Can’t say this is what they’ll do every time, but for me not even needing to ask and him taking the initiative shows me it’s a Dunkin that cares about experience“

“Staff are amazing there and always so kind to me. One time I had a big order and they offered to bring it to my car. It was freezing cold outside and they were very busy. I told them I couldn’t let them come outside with no jacket so I went in but was so appreciative of the offer. However this last incident is what made me have to write a review. I come here every Sunday and always very kind staff and they are always working so hard. You can see them through the window moving quickly around to get the orders out. This Sunday I forgot my wallet and the district manager was there and covered the cost. I was already having a rough morning with two toddlers in the backseat and would have to drive all the way back home to get my wallet. I told them I would go home and come back and they told me it would be no problem and that the district manager said he would cover my cost. He gave them his card and paid for me and told me to have a good day. I was not expecting that at all. It really really changed the entire course of my day! Thanks so much Dunkin manager and staff!“

“Dunkin' oh where to begin? Is a perfect place to go after an evening out with the guys to pick up some delicious donuts. I've seen some first dates here also. Needless to say, it's a pretty versatile establishment and I would recommend this Dunkin' to any all all Penn State students and alumni alike.“

“Spencer was probably the friendliest and happiest person I have ever seen at the drive through. It made my morning. It's really hard to find people in customer service that are kind and friendly. 5 stars just for this guy. Thanks for making my morning awesome and good job for having solid employees !“
