Ivan the head manager was very accommodating and let me decorate with whatever I wanted (balloon arch and all) the only hiccup was the USB didn’t work on the TV for me to show all the wedding pics in Ireland. They knocked off some of the bill. Josh the bartender was amazing. The drinks were flowing and we kept him really busy. The food was delish, bangers, grilled shrimp, chicken, wings, bread & salad. Apple crisp & sconuts for dessert were also delish. All and all I’m so glad I had my reception here.“

“I just happened to drive by the restaurant during dinner hour and noticed that the parking lot was filled, as compared to years ago. As a result, my interest was peeked and decided to Google them. Studied the online menu and decided to give them a try. Turns out we have a little Italian gem here in the Lehigh Valley. We have eaten at this warm, cozy restaurant three times in the last month. All three times the food was fresh and fabulous. The two front rooms are used for large group parties that I must keep in mind for in the future. The side rooms are cozy and rustic. Pasta and sauces are made fresh daily. Give a try - you will be impressed.“

“They have a nice setup, excellent dance floor with laser lighting and smoke machines, karaoke room, bar area with jukebox, and a patio out back. The only negative is that the DJs can be rather mid a lot of the time; there's often better dance music playing in the bar area, and the mixing is almost always terrible with all bass and no treble or mids.“

The banquet menu they provided more than exceeded our expectations. Cindy provided all the help we needed to make the dinner and our guests feel warmly welcomed. The prime rib was the hit of the night. We received nothing but praises from our guests. “I was born and raised in Easton and frequented Colonial Pizza many times in my youth with my family. I moved from Easton in the early 1980’s and have not been to Colonial Pizza since. Yesterday, we brought our 2 grandsons to Crayon and went to Colonial Pizza for dinner before returning to Central NJ. When I saw the sign outside the building, memories of great times from my childhood began. Going up the steps to the dining room added to my memories. We sat down and ordered the Colonial Pizza pie and the kids had pasta. On my first bite of pizza, it again brought me back to my childhood as the look, taste, smell and texture of the pizza was just as I remembered. It was absolutely delicious. The kids also enjoyed their pasta. Our waitress, Allie, was THE BEST, took care of all our requests and her smile lit up the room. The manager, Mellisa, came by to say hello and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Everything was fantastic and I am so glad we decided to eat at Colonial Pizza and after way too many years of not being there, we will definitely be returning soon and make this a must stop when we have reason to be anywhere close to Easton. Thanks to Allie, Mellisa and all at Colonial Pizza for a wonderful time and meal!!“

My buddies and I stopped in for the first time last Thursday afternoon. The food was tasty, and the bartender was friendly and efficient.

The menu is small, but has all of your favorite bar eats; cheesesteaks, wings, burgers, sandwiches, etc. I ordered French onion soup, wings (sweet and sweaty/garlic Parmesan), and the onion mushroom & Swiss burger with garlic Parmesan fries.

The FOS was sweet and savory, the wings were crispy and flavorful, and the burger was juicy and well seasoned.

Joe's has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup is available, but there is no delivery. Cash only.“

“I drove 45 minutes to stop in for one of their famous ribeye sandwiches, which I've had in the past. Even though it was a very busy last day of Musikfest, Nikki served me with a beautiful smile. She managed to get a couple of sandwiches for me, even though it was not on their temporary menu due to the "fest". The cook passed by my table and checked in on me when he saw I had the special request.
