“This location is always so welcoming. They always make sure my drink is good. Even if it wasnt right , i can tell the barista and they make my drink to perfection. I would like to point out 1 barista in particular. She has been there a couple times since ive been coming . She kinda has reddish hair. Might be more on the blonde side, but she makes my visit so smooth. She is bubbly and friendly and loving. I wish i remembered her name. Its liz or Liv . But she is great and i love seeing her. Great job guys !“

“Collective Coffee is the absolute best! Not just because they have great coffee (which of course is a main draw), but also because of their kind and warm staff. They make it a couple notches above any other coffee shop. With coffee around every corner, you have to stand out and they do that with a beautiful and clean atmosphere, great coffee and the BEST staff. “I absolutely adore their coffee and breakfast sandwiches, but today they completely caught me off guard. By mistake, I placed my order at the wrong spot. I felt quite let down by my own mistake, so I quickly reordered at the right location. Then, around 15 minutes later, I got a message saying they had refunded my initial order. Huge thanks to Reading Coffee Company. I was close to skipping breakfast due to my frustration, but thankfully goodness prevailed. See ya next Tuesday 🥰“

“Rize cafe has become my favorite place to get coffee. It has made me an absolute coffee snob. If I get coffee from somewhere else, I always wish I got it from Rize. They are so kind over there and take such care of your order. They decorate the place so cute for the holidays and it always brings a smile to my face. I love that the drinks taste like coffee and not just sugar water. I feel like some places lose the coffee flavor once the syrups and things are added but there is still a coffee taste present as well as the flavors they add. It is so so good!! Also there is so much consistency with the drinks which is hard to find“

“Fantastic small cafe with a warm atmosphere. Breakfast sandwich is consistently great. Haven’t had a bad pastry once and we’ve been here 20+ times. They rotate pastry styles and flavors. All staff are friendly. They also host weekend events in the warmer months.“

“I don’t post reviews. I didn’t have too much hope for a new Starbucks in the North Coventry area…The STAFF at this location is AMAZING! Efficient, kind, and just lovely! I refuse to visit any other Starbucks. My order is never incorrect and everyone is just so pleasant! I visit daily, sometimes twice, for my favorite coffee order-which they know by heart! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB! It surely does not go unnoticed!“

“This Starbucks is really fantastic. It’s inside Giant but the morning baristas are always kind and cheerful and make excellent drinks even when I modify with cold foam etc. I go out of my way to go here rather than the drive thru down the 100 because of the quality and cleanliness!“

“Brooks for the most part is a packed house which it should be because the menu is awesome and unique. So many items to choose from and they have speciality coffees too. Staff is all on the go and making sure everyone has what they need at all times. Never a bad meal here. A+ Highly recommend. Breakfast and lunch alwys delicious.“

“Coffee is almost always made right, food will come out hot, but please do not get donuts. I stopped inside, which I rarely do but the drive through line was onto the street, and the donuts are completely uncovered, there were several flies landing on all the donuts. I understand having a drive through, and not all of that is preventable, but a covered/sliding glass door for food that's sitting out isn't unreasonable. I'm sure it's not just this Dunkin either.“

“Had a wonderful experience at this Dunkin this morning with my mom and my aunt. We were just passing through, and saw a Dunkin, so we swung by for a quick sandwich and a drink before getting back on the road. The woman behind the counter was excellent, the food was fresh, and the coffee was HOT. It was just a great experience.“

“This is probably the most decent Dunkin around here. The staff is always nice, they make an order right If it gets messed up with no dirty looks or eye rolling.
