“We went there for a family reunion and had good food all around, with good service and at a price that can’t be beat. Sugar Grove isn’t on the Interstate, so you’ll have to make an effort to get here, but it’s worth it. The ambiance is nothing distinctive or exceptional, but it’s a friendly place with many locals attending.“

“Huey's Place is a Bar, with a *WONDERFUL* and *FRIENDLY* Atmosphere! The Staff was absolutely *WONDERFUL*!! And, the Food was *AWESOME*! Since I'm Lactose -Intolerant, they were able to accommodate Me, by making Me a pizza I could eat, by just putting garlic butter on it, with a few toppings on it! I got Pineapple & mushrooms, and it was SO *GOOD*!! My boyfriend got Fried Perogies with potato& cheese and butter. They were *YUMMY*!!?❤️?❤️?❤️?And, they had a Dart Tournament going on during our visit, which was Great *FUN* to watch, too! I *LOVE* Darts! ❤️?So, if You are in the area....*STOP* on by and *CHECK* *IT* *OUT*!! You'll Be Glad You Did!!?❤️?❤️Vegetarian options: They had lots of veggies to put on pizza and other menu items. “We loved going here. We are out of town people and found a place to stay last minute and with everything else closing at 9pm we decided to come here to eat and have a drink. We were the only 2 people there besides the family who owns it and they were very kind and fun to talk to, the food was great and filling, my drink was nice and strong the taco salad is a huge plate but delicious and my significant other had a reuben which he gobbled up quick with a white russian. I would totally recommend going here if you're looking for a laid back bar and some good conversations.“

“I would not recommend spending any money at this restaurant owned by trash humans. They are back yard dog breeders who sell Airedale terrier puppies without contracts. I am currently fostering a puppy from them who ended up being sold to someone who was not able to keep up the responsibilities of this powerful breed of dog. when reached out to they blamed the original owner, and took no responsibility for the fact that they chose to sell to this person and gave zero support in helping find a solution for this dog that is now absolutely unmanageable and needs some serious rehabilitation in order to thrive as the smart and powerful breed he is. It's people like this who breed dogs and only have dollar signs in their eyes, instead of being responsible for the life they intentionally created. Don't support either of their businesses.“

“The food was outstanding. It's rare to see such a traditional Irish menu, and this place does it so well! I'm not typically a fan of Reuben's, but this place has the best I've ever had and would definitely get again! The interior is small but great atmosphere with Irish music and darts. Beautiful bar with a huge selection. The bartender was so attentive and friendly. 10/10 recommend!“

“I've come in occasionally, but a couple weeks ago, I had a bad experience with a brunette woman bartending. It took me standing at the bar for almost 15 minutes for her to stop chatting in the corner to finally take my order. Then the drink was terrible! My husband and I hesitantly went back last Friday for the Waterfront Foundation event and there was a guy with a mullet who took such great care of us! Someone sitting at the bar suggested I order a Spicy Mikey because they had four of them, but it wasn't on the menu, so he made me one and it was absolutely delicious! Sweet with a little spice...yum!! My husband even praised him because he made the best old fashioned he's ever had! He definitely changed my opinion of this place.“

“Great service, very friendly. We split the wings, done perfect and the Buffalo sauce was just right! I had the Steak Hoagie with fries. Huge portion, I'll be taking my leftovers for lunch tomorrow. My wife had the Ham and Cheese Hoagie, equally a large portion. Both were great. We'll definitely be back!“

“The wings are Bar none ! No one in Buffalo comes close. Honestly I have had many wings in my day and no others compare. This is a great dive bar the only thing updated is it’s extremely clean and well cared for. Definitely a quiet stop for a beer and wings!“
