“Looking for someone to cater for your special event or party?! Be sure to call Bull Run and ask for Abby in the Catering Department!! She is amazing to work with! I called there and asked about catering for our small office work Christmas party and they were more than willing to help us out. Worked with us to help us find the best options for us food wise and really worked to give us the best deal possible with the price! The food was absolutely delicious with very generous portions! They were so helpful when I went to go pick it up. They carried it all out to my car for me. I highly recommend them to anyone!“

“was highly disappointed with my recent trip to this place. we got there around 2pm and was not very busy. waited about 30 minutes for our food. we ordered three meals, once steak and shrimp, one bbq chicken and a steak and chicken fingers. brought out our food and it was barely warm. they forgot the chicken fingers and when I asked about them after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to walk by they went back and grabbed them and they had the nerve to say they were sitting back there the whole time they forgot to grab them. that is absolutely poor food management and a huge food violation.“

“Selin’s Grove Brewing is a must‑stop in the heart of Selinsgrove. The historic building and cozy interior make it a great choice for weekday evenings or weekend afternoons. Their house‑brewed beers are worth trying, especially if you go for a flight to sample the IPA, stout, and seasonal styles and the food menu (from sandwiches to vegetarian chili and salads) complements the beers nicely.

“I was in town from Ohio and did a quick google search for “mom and pop restaurants near me” and GoodWil’s popped up. I read through the most recent reviews and looked at the menu and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! Upon arrival, I noticed is was very busy! That is a good sign that it is going to be good. Got one of the last parking spots and headed inside. You seat yourself here so we scanned the place and saw that the only available spot was at the counter. No biggie even though I am not a fan of having my back the the rest of the restaurant, but to my surprise, it didn’t feel bad! I was very at ease. The atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. We looked over the menu and that specials and I had a very hard time deciding! I ended up with the chicken Philly sandwich with fries. The soup of the day was broccoli and cheddar so I had to get my favorite soup! We did have a bit of a wait for our food but that is to be expected with how busy it was in there. The food arrived and immediately I was impressed. You could tell it was homemade just by looks. Oooo and the smell 😋 everything was so good! We found out it was the day of their 40th anniversary so you get a free scoop of ice cream 🍨 it was also very good 😊 I got to speak with the owner and in one conversation I could tell why his place was so successful! He has the passion for what he does. He is a very kind gentleman. We bought some of their homemade peanut butter cookies on the way out. They had a variety of desserts to choose from! I love to support small businesses and I will definitely be stopping back in their when I am in the area again 🥰“

Aside from comments about ingredients, we ate in respectful silence. Amazing food, wonderful service. “This was a meeting spot for an emergency road trip. I ran in to get a coffee and some baked goods (to go). Everyone was very nice and they could tell I needed a smile. The waitress at the counter brought a handful of sugar and cream so I could prepare my coffee and gave me extra for the road. She brightened my day. Muffin and cinnamon roll were enjoyed. Coffee was much better than my 1st attempt at the gas station!“

She checked in OFTEN without being overwhelming and had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her customers. “You will never beat two dollar shots here in Northumberland Pa. Bobs is one of the best dive bars around and I can bet money on it. The workers are amazing with spunky attitude that makes it feel like home. From Arielle to candy, to Sharyn, to braysha, to Sasha. They are all amazing people with a heart of gold and fire. Three pool tables and gambling machines for days hahaha, you’ll never be without fun. This is coming from one of their personal favorites. But never and I mean never, snap at your bartenders.“

“The food was good and priced reasonably. Restaurant clean. Our server was young, and I assume she was somewhat new at being a waitress because she wasn't very good yet. She was forgetful and always disappearing. The restaurant wasn't busy, and I felt as though I was troubling her to remind her of my drink that she never delivered.
I still tipped her well. Hopefully, the incentive will encourage her to be available for her customers.“

“We had a waitress named June. As a party if 20 that is alot. She was PERFECT brought refills out before we were empty. Food was fast and correct. We all loved her and she deserves a raise and employee of the year. She made our experience great even with singing happy birthday to my 15 year old daughter while she was busy. Please ask for her she is the best waitress I ever had. I dont know her personality but she is a very personable and relatable woman.
