Last time through we got fries that were uncooked. They had actual frost from the freezer still on them. For reasons I cannot explain we gave them one more chance and stopped for breakfast. They open at 8. At 8:10 they said it will be a few more minutes. At 8:20 we just left. Hands down the worst Wendy's ever.
It doesn’t matter what time of day you come to this Wendy’s location nothing is ever fresh. They had just switched over to lunch when I did my mobile order. The nuggets, fries, and chicken look burnt because the grease is old and has not been changed. This is probably one of thee worst locations in Pittsburgh. Fries should be golden looking and so should the nuggets and chicken filet. Food cost too much to be old and nasty forreal forreal.
This is the worst Wendy’s the past 4 times we have stopped around 10 or 11 pm we are told every time either they are not taking orders or they are only doing DoorDash and Uber Eats orders and always in a rude way while each time I see at least 2 employees out in the parking lot sitting down. I have run every type of restaurant in my career and this goes straight back to poor management. After tonight we will be driving out of our way to another location. Wendy's offers fantastic, tasty burgers with hot, fresh fries in a clean environment. The professional staff ensures a pleasant experience. While some specialty items might not always be available, the overall quality of the food makes it a preferred choice over other fast-food chains. Special mention for having specialty coffee available early in the morning.
