“This wasn't for me but it worked out when in a time crunch while in the neighborhood. There aren't much choices. The people that ate the food enjoyed it. I believe they close at 11PM except on the weekend. So, I was glad it didn't close earlier. It would be nice if it was open a little later during the week.

I order my food on the mobile app. The drive thru was packed. I went inside & had to wait a little bit longer for my food. I might as well stayed in the long drive thru line. The young lady handling the food didn't have gloves on. I didnt like that.

“I immediately made reservations when I found out they were closing. This is one of my favorite restaurants. It is conveniently located. The food is phenomenal, service the best and wine list extensive. The dining room is cozy and comfortable. My friend and I shared a bottle of wine, appetizers and dessert. We both had the salmon. Every thing was delicious. I bought a couple of bottles of wine which they were selling to go. I will miss Mary's Vine. I'm so sorry they had to close. Pittsburgh will be missing a great dining experience.“

“Food is always great. This is a very busy location and that loses a point for atmosphere for me. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building and people were standing around waiting for food inside. It took a long time for one of 3 not-busy front end workers to offer to help me. “Pepitos is a very unique blend of American and Peruvian food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I went with some friends who got some of the burgers, and I tried the big boy sandwich. Prices are very reasonable as the sandwiches are massive and come with a big side of bacon cheese fries. The burgers were big enough to be split into 2 meals, and my big boy sandwich was big enough for 4 meals easily. Everyone enjoyed their food, and many of the sandwiches were unlike anything I’ve ever had in a good way. All the ingredients complimented each other. I’ll definitely be back to try some a burger or hot dog next time.“

“Fast pickup after ordering“

“This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

One of the best burger places to quickly grab and go or either eat there! They always have friendly staff and acknowledge you! If there were any problems the managers will quickly address the problem and try to make everything right just for happy customer and raving fan! “I had a really pleasant experience here today, the food was amazing. They made my strawberry lemonade absolutely perfect. China was the one who took my order and also help me at the window. She was incredibly friendly. Absolutely wonderful experience with Arby’s today. I will be back. Before today’s visit, I had rarely ever stopped in. But due to China being so genuine, I will definitely be back.“

Unfortunately the location attacks a lot of homeless people, a guy was laying on the ground out front an the outside just looks very dirty an smell of urine. Inside was clean. “I have been coming to this location sporadically for the past year, usually to stop for a late-night meal. Two days ago, Sunday, my phone died while I was on the road and I pulled into canes expecting friendly help in my time of need. After speaking with the man up front (I think his name was Tony or toby? Short brown curly hair), I was able to speak with the manager on staff (I think it was Trisha) and was given a charging block to charge my phone enough to get directions. While waiting, I got to watch the way the employees interact with each other, and they definitely have fun there. The food is always fresh and delicious and made right. I think you have the recipe for a great workplace, but personally I think the employees should be allowed to have their phones on them. Restricting an adult's phone usage is odd to me, as someone with leadership experience and over a decade of work experience. If you cant trust your staff to use their phones at the appropriate times, then you should prioritize hiring other people :)“

“This is probably one of the most well kept, managed and consistent branch in Pittsburgh. Food is always consistently good, service is always exceptional and they always get your order correct. Also as a door dasher, they make it really easy for you to get your order and go, even when extremely busy. I commend the management and the owner of this branch.“

“The people working at Jersey Mike's on Saturday evening, July 18 2020 went above and beyond for us. I placed an online order and on our way to get the order the vehicle we were driving in broke down. I called and explained the situation because I knew we wouldn't get there before close. The person I spoke with was so kind and assured me I could still get my order. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get there at all and when I called to explain and offer my order to the closing team, the person who answered was again so kind and offered to refund my order even though I had no intention of asking for that. It was just a nice gesture and the care they showed for our situation was amazing. I will make sure to order from them more often! Thanks guys!“

“The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.

The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.

People shouldn't have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.“

“I've been eating Jim's since i was a teenager in the 60s. Unfortunately the famous sauce has been altered and was never as spicy as it is now. Too much heat and spice have ruined Jim's sauce.“

“I want to give a huge shout out to the elderly african American lady working tonight around 630pm to 715pm. She walked around the entire restaurant and asked how everyone was doing if they needed anything or if they were satisfied with there food. Never in my 36 years have i seen this type of compassion, service and just a kind soul ever and especially not in no fast food.“

“There aren't too many of these places left and I'm glad this one in Penn Hills got it together, cause they used to be HORRIBLE. They have improved in a MAJOR way as far as the SERVICE. The past few times I've been in there, the people taking the orders were prompt and polite. Even if they were busy, someone at least acknowledged you. That alone went a long way compared to what it used to be. I'm thankful for the new leadership in that place, it's made a difference. The food is what the food is. Lol. They even have a large type matt on the floor where you order your food, so your not sliding your feet across the floor from all the grease in the air lol ...
