“This wasn't for me but it worked out when in a time crunch while in the neighborhood. There aren't much choices. The people that ate the food enjoyed it. I believe they close at 11PM except on the weekend. So, I was glad it didn't close earlier. It would be nice if it was open a little later during the week.

I order my food on the mobile app. The drive thru was packed. I went inside & had to wait a little bit longer for my food. I might as well stayed in the long drive thru line. The young lady handling the food didn't have gloves on. I didnt like that.

“Pepitos is a very unique blend of American and Peruvian food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I went with some friends who got some of the burgers, and I tried the big boy sandwich. Prices are very reasonable as the sandwiches are massive and come with a big side of bacon cheese fries. The burgers were big enough to be split into 2 meals, and my big boy sandwich was big enough for 4 meals easily. Everyone enjoyed their food, and many of the sandwiches were unlike anything I’ve ever had in a good way. All the ingredients complimented each other. I’ll definitely be back to try some a burger or hot dog next time.“

“This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

“Don't like that it's hard to find parking. Unfortunately the location attacks a lot of homeless people, a guy was laying on the ground out front an the outside just looks very dirty an smell of urine. Inside was clean. Food was ok the batter didn't stick well to the tenders. The employees was very nice an respectful.“

I am blown away at the quality of the chicken, far exceeds the “other chicken “ place we used to frequent. Not only does the chicken taste gods, sizes are appropriate & not more breading than chicken.

Fries …my fav! Love crinkle cut, even good after travel home. Now for the sauce….chefs kiss! I have to say I’ve never used the dipping sauces provided from other chains, but the Cane sauce is way too good to resist!

“We always go through the drive thru but today the kids were with us and I didn't want them eating it in the car. So we went inside. It was not as crowded as the drive thru. Same food, good service and above all, clean. One thing though, why do restaurants keep it so gosh darn cold inside?“

She walked around the entire restaurant and asked how everyone was doing if they needed anything or if they were satisfied with there food. “There aren't too many of these places left and I'm glad this one in Penn Hills got it together, cause they used to be HORRIBLE. They have improved in a MAJOR way as far as the SERVICE. The past few times I've been in there, the people taking the orders were prompt and polite. Even if they were busy, someone at least acknowledged you. That alone went a long way compared to what it used to be. I'm thankful for the new leadership in that place, it's made a difference. The food is what the food is. Lol. It's still good ole Long John Silver. It's nice, cause it's hasn't taken forever to get the food either. The crew in the kitchen was on it. And heck.... They even have a large type matt on the floor where you order your food, so your not sliding your feet across the floor from all the grease in the air lol ... “We ordered their cheese fries with bacon, and it was really delicious. The fries were flavorful even though they were oily. The bacon bits were really good, and so was the amount of that melty cheese.

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

However, we thought that some of the fries were pretty burnt in taste.“
