“Warm and welcoming coffee shop! Beverages and pastries were amazing. We had a hot latte with brown sugar and cinnamon, an ice chai latte, a blueberry muffin (really big and delicious), and a apple hand pie (and they warmed it for me!) Everything was delicious! The staff is so nice and helpful, and the atmosphere inside is very relaxing. They also have a chocolate shop in the back! Parking is on the street, but we had no trouble finding parking right outside. Definitely worth a trip to Tarentum to check this out! I'm already looking forward to going back and trying a breakfast hand pie!Vegetarian options: Spinach, egg, and cheese hand pie. Oat and almond milk for lattes. Lots of pastries!“

“Discovered this locally owened business and highly recommend! Ordered beef brisket and pulled pork; there were two sauce choice, BBQ and mustard, recommend the mustard. Both entrees were smoky, tender, and flavorful. The pork had a nice bark on it. The collard greens were delightfully spicy and the brussel sprouts were crisp with a surprising vinegar dressing. Acoustic guitar from 7pm to 9pm was awesome, as was the beer list...a dozen beers on draft.Highly recommend and will return!“

“Stopped by for a few, and I wasn't disappointed, I had one house mixed drink along with a few different beers. The beers and mixed drink were spot on and very well done. I sat at the bar and ordered the house special taco nachos. It was huge, very flavorful, and priced very well. The drink was the Tumeric Elixer.Beers, O mama, Vodoo love child. I would go back and also recommend this to all craft beer enthusiasts. This should be a stop on anyone's craft brew tour. There isn't a waitress staff. You must order at the bar. if you've been here before you would know this, but if you're just coming here for the first time, please be prepared to order at the bar.“

Inner Groove Brewing - Verona Brewery • $$
751 E Railroad Ave, Verona - 7.92 miles

“I had an event at the Verona tap room last night and it was amazing. Jennifer and the rest of the staff were so accommodating. We booked the tap room for 30 people and had plenty of space. They spun my vinyl records, played a movie that went along with the theme of my party and created a signature cocktail for my guests. I would strongly recommend having any of your functions at Inner Groove brewery.“

“Excellent selections of craft brews. You can't go wrong with anything here, all of their beers are excellent! I have a head time deciding what to drink, they are all very good! They also have a small food menu which varies from time to time, but also very tasty! Also, the Celler Society membership is also a very good deal, you should check it out!“

“My husband and I thoroughly enjoy the food from Pizza Palermo. The pizza is pretty consistent, the wings are always hot and the free breadsticks is a nice touch. The staff is always friendly, and the person who took our order tonight, Joc I believe he said, was very kind over the phone. I definitely recommend ordering from here if you're looking for a decent pizza joint.“

“Stopped in tonight about an hour before close. Typically, I’m just a plain black coffee drinker but recently I’ve been wanting to branch out and try something new. The only problem is the coffee menu might as well be foreign to me. Connor and another very friendly staff went above and beyond to educate me on all different types of beans and roasts. So thoughtful of them to take an extra minute out of their day and explain the coffee world to me. They made a suggestion on a coffee to try which I took them up on and it was wonderful. I will definitely be back and be sure to recommend all my friends in the Pittsburgh area to give this Starbucks a try. Again 10/10 Service above and beyond!“

“Went for wing night. I've seen and heard that their wings tend to be over cooked. In our experience, only 2 of 30 wings were over cooked, and we didn't even mind. The wings were perfectly cooked. I recommend the Hot sauce. It isn't very hot. It's a great traditional hot wing sauce. They also do a fried shrimp dish with the shrimp tossed in the wing sauce of your choice. We chose the garlic parm. It was fantastic. They don't seat you so come prepared to figure it out. And maybe come early. It was very busy. Parking was easy though.“
