“Stumbled across this gem after a trip to Renningers market. We got the half wrap/soup combo with the chicken Caesar wrap and chicken corn chowder. The Chicken corn chowder is to DIE for! They offer homemade baked goods and healthier options which is always a plus for me. Prices can’t be beat. Our new breakfast/lunch go-to for sure.“

“My daughter and I were looking for coffee at a Wawa and stopped here instead. What a great place we discovered and whole heartedly recommend!!
Clean and fun interior decor and in good weather an outdoor seating area as well.
The coffee was delicious- strong and fresh!
They make a cold nitro brew which will be my next stop try.
All of the pastries are made in house, a big plus as well?.
We tried the home made croissant- flaky and a delight!
We also had an egg sandwich on an everything bagel- no more Wawa for us!
Not sure why we have never stopped before, but that is changing.

“We ordered the blueberry, apple, vanilla sprinkle, maple bacon doughnuts, and a cold brew iced coffee. The doughnuts were delicious! However, the coffee tasted like watered down, day old coffee. I love that the emphasis was placed on the doughnuts. However, I feel that some attention to decor would help to make this location more inviting. Also, the doughnut machine was filthy.“

“I go there quite often, whether it's on my way to school, gym, or wherever. Most Dunkin's are good, but this location is great. They always make my food and drink within 5 minutes or less, and if they are busy, they always apologize for the wait and are super polite. They always get my order perfect with my drink tasting the absolute best. Not to mention they have amazing customer service, the employees behind the counter are always super super kind and it's always such a joyful environment to be in whenever I walk into this Dunkin. 10/10 for me!“

“I went to Kutztown back in the 1990s when the Bagel Bar still operated out of the bike shop. The bagels were good and service was friendly, but the owner's husband kept trying to recruit me into Amway. Recommended place to get bagels so long as the husband is off the Amway thing.“

“I was in the area and I decided to give this Starbucks a try. I don’t shop at Giant do I was specifically going into the store for Starbucks. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff members were friendly and my drink was delicious. Thank you for making this a good overall experience.“

“I like my local Dunkin. Not all Dunkins are the same. Mine on Hamilton is one of the best. Although I alternate sometimes with WaWa you can’t beat ordering coffee on your DD app and having it ready for you when you walk in PLUS you get extra rewards points on Thursday’s for Flyers and 76ers game days. “We had placed a mobile order and since there isn’t a option to get a cup of iced water. we went in line to see if we could get one. the barista it’s one of the older ladies there she responded really rude and unkind. She said that we have to order something and we told we placed mobile orders and just said well next time place it with your mobile order. We checked and I don’t think there’s a way to do that. But she said it in a really disrespectful tone. If we aren’t able to get the cup of water or we have to pay for it’s totally fine we would’ve understood but it’s just the fact she was rude to us this shouldn’t be happening.“

So I get there just after 7 to pick up a drink I had ordered on the app so I called and they said they were closed and that it would be hard to do a refund at the time but that they would take care of me so now I have to go back tomorrow and see if I can actually get the refund or just get the same drink I had ordered tonight but not have to pay a 2nd time. Hoping they will help me and that I can just get the drink. “Iced chi tea latte tasted funny here and I don't know why almost tasted like the chi syrup was bad or old. The place was clean,service was quick. I'd visit again can't judge based off one drink. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Next to chipotle and across from bass pro shop. Easy to get back on 95 or head downtown bpt.“

“I go to several different locations. They vary on consistency and service. Some of them are great, others, you won't see me in again.
Currently, the dunkin donut location that is thee best on service, quality and a great cup of coffee is ,the one located on Lancaster Ave @ kenhorst Blvd.
Never had a bad,cold, or old tasting cup of coffee. Other locations are on rt.272 in Ephrata, oley along rt. 73.
The hit or miss are, on paper mill rd.(depends who's making the cup of coffee) mulenburg near sam's club, and I don't step foot in the Leesport location or the douglasville location. Terrible coffee, cold not enough sweetener. Leesport location employee has a really bad attitude. I called and complained, and the owner called me back ,and said she knew who I was talking about and she had several other complaints about HIM. And she handled it. We really had a nice conversation. She was informative and professional. I really appreciated it.
I understand they are franchises and they are all ran differently, that's why I gave only 4 ⭐️'s instead of 5. The key is consistency!“
