“I don’t usually write reviews for franchises—it’s just not my thing. I go out of my way to support locally owned and operated businesses. But everything I typically dislike about franchises is the opposite here. Every time I visit, the employees are incredibly friendly, the sandwiches are outstanding, and the orders are always correct. I’m not sure if that’s standard for Jersey Mike’s, but the Trexlertown location is top-notch.“

“I used to come here every Tuesday with my granddaughter in the Summer of 2019. I haven’t been here in a while but I still wanted to share my review of my experiences from back then.THE STAFF IS AMAZING! When me and my granddaughter went there A LOT back in 2019, there was always this girl with brunette hair and glasses. She was always so friendly and nice! The owner is very nice as well.I haven’t been here in a while but maybe soon I’ll come back and try their tuna sub again! ?“

“Honestly it was all about the ROLL, which was WONDERFUL.
Veg ingredients inside the roll really needed SALT, and I rarely feel the need to add salt to food.
What kept me eating veg half size hoagie was that roll. Apparently it was made by Egypt Star Bakery, which is right next door.“

Pepperoni bread and meatballs were so good and the bread pudding is every bit as good as it looks. Looking forward to the soup tomorrow for lunch. Really good fresh food, made simple. “Always love this sandwich shop. Haven't been for while, since I forgot about it. It is inside a corporate bldg & easy to miss. Everything is homemade & so tasty. Sandwiches are pretty good size enough to split if you want. Freshly cooked chips are so good with sea salt. 3rd bldg on the right off Windsor with a sandwich flag outside of the side entrance. Try it you won't be dissapointed.

Parking: Plenty of parking across the street, since it is the corporate bldg parking lot.“

“Best Hero’s in the Lehigh Valley!! No matter what time you go in, no matter who’s on register or in the kitchen the atmosphere and the food are amazing. The owners are always so polite and helpful and they are always willing to make the sandwich just the way you like it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a fresh hero after eating here, they just don’t do it like Chez.“

“Today was the first time I have had take out food in almost 4 years. On recommendations from an allergy group I decided to try Jersey Mike's. I was so impressed with the staff at the Whitehall, Allentown PA location. They wiped down the surfaces, a dedicated knife was used for the gluten free roll and they even verified ingredients. I have food allergies and GI issues and I can honestly say I was in heaven after the first bite. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, and offering some allergy friendly options.“

“I love going to this location. They accommodate everything I need diet wise. They also are the only location out of 6 different ones I have visited from feasterville to St Clair. And the only one that has consistency and puts the meat and extra meat where the money is. The organization should base the company standards off of this location so people know what they are getting and feel like they are getting their money's worth. None of the other locations care or respond to concerns. That's not right when you spend 25.00 per GF sandwich with extra meat.Tonight I got a chicken steak and fried onions no roll extra meat and ham and salami on large GF rolls. I was so impressed by how much meat was in container and sandwich.Keep up the great job Allentown! Hopefully the corporate office recognizes your location and sets the standard.

“I’ve been a J’s customer since the day i was born. This is amazing place to stop by if you’re visiting Northampton and want a quick bite to eat. To add, the french fries and pierogies are to die for. Overall, this place is so good!!“

“The "man" likes to say the tuna isn't real tuna. I lived through the dolphin in tuna frenzy, I'm sure I've eaten a lot of tuna that isn't tuna. All I know is it's freaking delicious and I'm going to keep eating it“

“I really enjoyed the All-Pro Chicken Teriyaki Footlong Sub on any bread you could want with any cheese you choose & all of the vegetables you could ask for (& of course wether you want it toasted or not)! They had some nice Christmas decorations at this location & a friendly staff making sandwiches! I was 100% satisfied & I know if you stop in, you should leave feeling the same!“

“Urvashi served me with much grace.Her smile and spirit was so beautiful that you could feel it in the atmosphere.So much more that it inspired me to add vegetables to my sandwich… and I do not like greens ? which is ironic because it’s my favorite color lolBut yes, These are the souls that companies should appreciate an elevate in the business.Her spirit radiated so much love that she added that to the sandwich as she was crafting it.
