“I got a flyer in the mail advertising this place so I ordered it for delivery and I get a call shortly after saying I'm outside their delivery range. I'm not sure why they would advertise to my neighborhood if they can't deliver there (within 7 miles). They did make a one time exception and did deliver the pizza which ended up being REALLY good though.“

“My son and I had dinner for Mother’s Day. Our first experience at this restaurant. Aside from a small miscommunication where the side dishes were delivered to the table alongside the apps, everything was very good. They corrected the sides and delivered fresh with the entrees, the sides were easily large enough to share amongst three or four people and the food was very good. The app, sides and entrees, as well as the gluten free chocolate cake were all delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.“

“We went to G’s for our anniversary and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Great quiet and cozy atmosphere, stellar service, and incredible food and drinks. Every dish was full of flavor and the textures were all beautifully done. Even the bread basket was amazing with maple butter. It felt like a 5 star dining experience for a reasonable person. “Exceptional first experience at Fish nor Fowl! Every morsel was full of flavor. We started with the chickory salad on the feature menu which was crispy and lightly dressed. The steak tartar was served in a bone with lightly toasted focaccia. Our entrees were both equally delicious. We missed the opportunity to enjoy the homemade pastas so there will need to be a return visit! The menu is at the top end our dining budget but the quality is there so recommend for special occasions.“

“A 60-something local rocker, when I asked him which bar in Pittsburgh best captures the spirit of the beautiful ’60s–’70s, said: “Squirrel Hill Cafe.” I think he was right. There’s no pretentiousness here. Food is just food, drinks are drinks, service is service, and quality is quality. Time seems to have stopped here — and that’s a beautiful thing.“

“I had ordered memorial chimes with flower arragment at bottom. It was so beautiful and Jennifer was so very helpful and wonderful to work with even over the phone. After the flower arragment was done she sent me a text of what it looked like and it was awsome. I will definitely go there again and highly recommend this place . “I always have trouble deciding what to eat, there are so many interesting items on the menu. Tonight I had a beautiful beet salad with large slices of yellow and purple beets. I was looking for something light so I ordered the crab cake appetizer as a main. It was huge and came on a bed of lightly sautéd spinach. I was impressed with how much crab was in the cake. My meal was delicious .“

“I’ve been coming to Jodi B’s for years, and it never disappoints. The food is always comforting and delicious - whether I’m in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the portions are generous, the flavors feel like home, and everything’s fresh. They also serve some of the best full wings around - crispy, flavorful, and always cooked just right.

What really makes this place shine is the service. The staff here are genuinely warm and welcoming - like they’re happy to see you, not just serve you. It’s the kind of spot where you walk in and feel like family.

It’s also great for locals - lots of familiar faces in the dining room, folks stopping in just to catch up or say hi. If you’re in Forest Hills and want a place with good food and good people, Jodi B’s is where you’ll want to go.

“We visited Cornerstone for Brunch. I had an omelette with leeks and asparagus and a white sangria. The food and drinks are really good here. Expertly crafted with great nuances of flavor.
Cornerstone is a bit overpriced for portion size but not extremely.
The service here is lacking for me. There is just a snobbish aura from the staff who only seem particularly interested in their regular, repeat customers. New customers seem to be treated with covert flippancy. Therefore, I probably won't be back unfortunately.“

“By far well worth the price which wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I’m not sure what the waitress name was but man was she awesome. She was so attentive and super kind. “My daughter and I sat on the patio for lunch and had a really great time! The Steelers game was playing on a huge outdoor TV. There only a few open tables because this place was bustling but not chaotic. A truly laid back vibe.

The menu selection was fantastic, something for everyone. We ordered spam musibi, pretzels with cheese and the tempura prawn salad (I added avocado and tuna poké). Everything was really delicious and beautifully plated.

I highly recommend City Kitchen...and Trader Joe's is just a block away. 🙂“

“We've only been here twice but both times were very good. I had the beef ravioli. I sampled the cheese ravioli and it wasn't as good; the inside cheese and the outside cheese (common to both the cheese and beef ravioli) was a bit more than I would like. Maybe red sauce should be a written option for the cheese ravioli. Six of us enjoyed a range of food, from a simple burger to a very nicely prepared steak. The food was priced as expected and the staff was attentive, with the service bordering on superb given their generally younger age. I will be returning.“

“We have lived up the street for 7 years and have always been hesitant to order from here. We finally decided to order the wings to go, and they were so good! The price is amazing for the quantity, whole wings served in a catering size tray. The sauces (BBQ and ranch) weren't the best but we will definitely be ordering again!“
