It’s almost like they haven’t gotten the memo that everything is really expensive all of a sudden. Delightful Korean ladies taking orders and delivering food to the tables. “I stopped in to get a two foot or as Primos calls them a whole audiablo hoagie. I grabbed chips soda and a dessert. It was all fresh delicious and moderately priced. Primos costs a little more than your average hoagie shop but the quality is more than worth it. Fresh baked rolls and generous amounts of Thurman's quality deli meats and just the right amount of fresh vegetables. I highly recommend this place if you want quality delicious hoagies.“

“DELICIOUS BBQ!!! I'm a person who is perfectly happy eating simple meals at home, but after trying Nicks one day when I was having a BBQ craving (also because a menu was put on my door. It worked fellas, lol). It was so good that I ordered again the very next day, which I have never done with any restaurant. Call the place for delivery before using a 3rd party service, its worth it. “I just moved into Rittenhouse Claridge and my experience has been great so far! John in the leasing office was very helpful and answered my many questions very promptly. Anita was at the front desk during my move in and is so pleasant and helpful, she made the experience very smooth. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. Also, the location of the building is amazing! Lastly, If you need parking, there is a garage under the building operated by LAZ parking, and Bala, the garage attendant, is wonderful.
