I had researched places where I could get a salad/healthy food option while traveling and Roots Natural Kitchen came up on my search. I have a nut allergy and I reached out to inquire about food allergens and food allergy precautions and recieved a friendly and timely email. Needless to say I felt safe eating at Roots Natural Kitchen. When I arrived at the store, I placed my order. I saw that the bowl would be more food than I wanted to eat and asked for the smaller sized bowl, not realizing that it was a kids size bowl. I am obviously not a child, but I wanted a smaller serving size and the servers obliged me and gave me the smaller sized bowl. I just want to state that I appreciate the kindness of the employees for not berating me for not knowing that I couldn't technically have that size and continuing to serve me. The employees went above and beyond when serving me and in the future, I will know to ask for a bowl and just simply split it with someone. Employee service was excellent and the food itself was tasty, nutritious, and allergen friendly for me. I'm so grateful for your hospitality and to have found Roots Natural Kitchen as an option when I travel.“

“I took my friend Amy to lunch! I haven't been to Piada in years. We went and I will never forget this place! We were greeted with smiles by all the employees. The employees were all pleasant. I got The Basil Pesto pasta. You can choose penne or spaghetti with it. I chose penne. My friend got a pita pocket that was filled with meatballs and Avocado Chop salad. Wewent to pay after arguing with my friend that I was paying she finally gave in and let me treat her! The cashier that checked us out was super nice, funny and a great Employee! I was pleased with our visit . Amy the cashier that checked us out gave us lids for our food! We couldn't finish it all and she gave us lids for the sauce too! She even got us each a bag. Sometimes people don't wanna go above and beyond. She definitely did! I did use the restroom and it was clean! We will be back soon we both loved our food and experience! She was never there before! “I've been to a different Hello Bistro before and my experience was much different. Upon walking into the store the entire dining room was filled with smoke as if the grill was on fire. Most of the customers had already ordered their food, so they were essentially forced to stay in those conditions until their meal was ready. The staff was hit or miss with some folks smiling and others who clearly didn't want to be there, and it showed in their messiness on the line. I won't tank their score because everyone is entitled to a bad day, but it'll be a while before I go back.“

I let most of it cool to then put in the freezer, so I can have some quick and easy meals when I'm busy. I usually reheat takeout pizza in either in the oven or I'll use a toaster oven.“

“I called IVP to order pizza for a school sports team event occurring on a Monday. I didn’t realize they are typically closed on Monday, but the person I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful and took our order anyway. They said they are usually there on Mondays to make dough, so they were happy to help us out with the pizzas we needed. Everything was perfect and ready exactly when we asked for it. I have always had great service and great quality food every time I have order from them.“

“This is by far my favorite pizza joint! Anytime family or friends come to visit I choose this place to wow them. Today's Pizza was a slice above the rest! It was Sunday March 23rd and we picked up the pizza at about 3:20. The name on the receipt was Brenden. This man is truly a pizza artist!!! We always get the extra large Peppadew pizza and today this pizza really hit the spot. Brendan not only fully covered the pizza, but he kept the peppers whole, which elevated this pizza even more. Great job! This man deserves a raise!!!!“

“I haven’t gotten the subs from here in a long time, maybe over a year. I had a craving today for their “Everything” bread. I headed to the store around lunchtime, as I walked in the door, I saw a sign to get a free 5 inch sub when you join there online program, I scan the QR code and decided to place my order online. The app did not redeem for a free 5 inch sub, but I went ahead with my order anyway. I didn’t see the “Everything” bread through the online portal (only: plain, sesame and multigrain) so I chose another bread type and guessed that they had discontinued the “Everything” bread since I hadn’t been here in so long. I sat at a booth and submitted my order, then a lady walks in and places her order at the counter and I hear her ask for the everything bread. I walked over to the counter and I see that it is still a bread option on their board. Then I asked the attendant at the counter if it was possible to change my bread type for my online order. Cadence clarified if I wanted the change for both of my subs and I said yes, she fixed my order without any issue. When she brought my order to me, I apologized for the inconvenience and she said that it was no problem and that if I had any issues with the online order in the future that I could give them a call at the store. This review is kudos to Cadence and her great customer service. As far as the DiBellas app, it’s still needs worked on.

Parking: There are a lot of businesses close together, so although DiBellas may not be busy, the parking lot is.“

Our server Laryssa was on top of everything we needed and was such a nice gal. The kitchen was turning out a ton of food but our appetizers came out quickly and our steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered. Shawn came over and introduced himself between bussing tables and asked if he could help the staff with anything. busy on a Tuesday for lunch (who wouldve thought!?) the service was great and we even got extra breadsticks from the waitress to go. When i was a kid i remembered there being 1 (one) Andes mint per person at the end of the meal, so imagine how mind blowing it was to receive upwards of 10 (ten) this time. The white pizza, garlic and tomatoes is so delicious!!! oozing with buttery garlic white sauce on a thin crispy crust where it counts!! Tomatoes sweet and soft melting into cheesy goodness!!

I used to live in this area, came to pay a visit, and I must say...this establishment hasn't parted ways with their original ingredients!!!!...like most eateries do over the years!!!
