“I check the weekly offerings and try to plan a trip when something sounds appealing. I will say that I have enjoyed 95% of the ones I tried. You can't go wrong with the semi-sweet chocolate chip. The pineapple upside down cake was delicious. The orange creamsicle flavor was spot on. They recently had a peanut butter crisp cookie featuring Butterfinger. It tasted like the candy bar in cookie form.“

“It has never been anything but a pleasant experience at Kyle’s Cakes n’ at! My husband, daughter, and I love cheesecake and first tried the cheesecake at a farmers market they were at. We knew we wanted to order their cheesecake for our wedding at that point.

Even with all the craziness of them opening their storefront the day of our wedding, they were super accommodating with properly packing the cheesecakes for us to travel a few hours with them. Everything turned out amazing and the cheesecake was a major hit with our guests!

More recently, we went in for last minute cookies for the holidays and Kyle offered to bake them fresh. Of course, the cookies tasted amazing as well! I cannot recommend Kyle’s Cakes n’ at enough!“

A custom cake can be done with no hassle and always looks and tastes great, but really, one of the things that stands out for me is that they don't ask for a tip, even though it may be well deserved. I assume they are paid well for their positions and I appreciate that from the owners. Because everywhere you go you are forced into tipping. I spend a lot here and have no problem with that.I just appreciate no tipping.“

“We tried Dosa Cupcakes for the first time and we are so happy we did! The cupcakes were beautiful as well as delicious and not too sweet! We tried the blueberry lemon, the chocolate peanut butter and the strawberry pretzel salad cupcake (great for sweet and salty)…all 3 fantastic! We also tried the shortbread dippers too..so good! I wish we took pictures of our goodies but we ate them too fast!! Also what a friendly couple running this business! Always outgoing and willing to spend time describing their cupcakes to customers with a smile. Also come to find out they have a store front too in Pitcairn and they do much more than just cupcakes. When you see them out and about…. Definitely give them a try!“

“Stopped here on a whim while visiting Pittsburgh for the weekend. We were looking to grab a coffee and pastry and found this place close to where we were headed. Let me tell you. I would come here every day!! Delicious. We had an almond croissant, hazelnut croissant and brought some bread home. Just slices the olive loaf. I cannot explain how delicious it is. Keep doing a great job. We will be back when we visit the city again!!“

“They have a Books and Bundts program for kids! Kids read 400 minutes a month and receive a free Bundlet! I reached out to Erin at the Monroeville-Wilkins Twp store to find out more information. Erin was wonderful! She brought out the reading trackers for all our students, and surprised us with their yummy Bundt cakes for our staff! Thank you so much for your support, and the absolutely delicious Bundt cakes! I can’t wait to get our kids started, so they can receive their yummy Bundlet!! “Best biscotti I’ve ever had, so packed with flavor and reminded me of an amaretti cookie but had a delightful chewy texture. The service was also excellent, the woman at the counter was so lovely and kind, she went the extra mile and even brought us out a free coffee to have with our biscotti. Great experience I’ll definitely be back and recommend to friends.“

First off, best sticky bun I’ve ever had and the sausage and pepper jelly breakfast sandwich was so good. The staff was super friendly and helped with any suggestions and questions that we had. “It’s honestly a good place but unfortunately every time I come in morning or night there are out of Mini cinnamon churro croissants, it’s the only reason I come there and those seems to be a very popular item here. They should have more prepared when running.“

“Gobs, Gobs, Gobs! We visited to sample all flavors of gobs and the burnt almond torte they are known for. The bakery did not disappoint. Everything was so delicious. The only problem is now finding a place in Chicago (my home) that can fill my gob cravings!“
