“If you like hood bars this is the place to go. They have pool tables and food but I never ate there but I heard the food is BOMB! You also have to try those jello shots that Auntie makes which are very strong. My only GRIPE is that they use the state regulated pours so the bartenders really can't show you little love but at least they don't charge you an arm and a leg“
“This is a nice venue with top quality music acts, very friendly employee's and very clean. There is a small parking lot and street parking. Very minimal noise level. They don't serve food but everyone goes to a place two doors down and brings it back. I highly recommend Moondogs!“

“A 60-something local rocker, when I asked him which bar in Pittsburgh best captures the spirit of the beautiful ’60s–’70s, said: “Squirrel Hill Cafe.” I think he was right. There’s no pretentiousness here. Food is just food, drinks are drinks, service is service, and quality is quality. Time seems to have stopped here — and that’s a beautiful thing.“

“This place ROCKS. I really can’t pinpoint what it is, but every single time I’ve walked through that door, I laughed till I cried, drank good and danced all night long. Julie behind the bar is a very important piece to this puzzle. Best bartender ever, hands down!“

“My wife's friend had a little party there and we had a nice time and the fried chicken was on point so I definitely want to thank the cook. The drinks were pretty good too but if there was one thing they could improve on it is making Margaritas which weren't too good but I will still give 5 stars ?“
“Slavs Club is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is super friendly – you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The staff are warm and attentive, and the vibe is relaxed but lively. The food is good – fresh, flavorful. Whether you’re dropping in for a quick bite or hanging out with friends for the evening, it’s a great spot. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a laid-back place with good food and great people“

“To Randy Kovac, All I have to say is BS, to your review, and how could you see the bartender ignoring your call?? Lmao. If you was there and needed cigarettes, no matter what time or whoever was there, employees or customers. And needed cigarettes, you would have received cigarettes even if you didn't have any money. So why don't you say anything about you abusing dogs? Or what about someone saying something about you that's not true on the internet?? Wouldn't like that would you.. and the animal abuse is true. “Taco Tuesdays are a great value, Their Bull Burgers are phenomenal, but what I cant get enough of are those buffalo tots. I am typically not one for tator tots but the way they make them, they are out of this world. Served with a nice side of Nacho Cheese.....wow. The staff are always friendly and the food is made fast. For those who enjoy a nice tasty Budweiser, they actually have it on Tap, and for us who enjoy gods gift to beer, that's a rare thing around these parts.“

“If yinz find yourself passing through Munhall,PA like we were you’ve simply gotta stop in at the local tavern on Main Street! We stumbled upon Main Street Tavern and are thankful we did. This joint has big screens to watch an assortment of sporting events, copious options in the beverage arena and an assortment tasty food crafted by their cook (make sure you check the schedule ~ you won’t be disappointed!). Yinz know the show Cheers, right?! It was evident that the owners of this local establishment know everyone who walks through their doors by name. The greetings we’d witness as folks arrived was cheerful and when it was time to leave they’d give a shoutout “see yinz next time!” We bellied up to the bar and ordered two draft beers … what kind you ask … Yuengling of course! Do you know the story of Yuengling; it’s one of the American Spirit. It’s a tale of shared dreams, individual tenacity & an unwavering dedication to standards of quality. Like many American stories it starts amid the dreams of countless young immigrants looking for opportunity and emerges from the strength & will of one family determined to build their legacy in a new country. The story of America’s Oldest Brewery began when David G. Yuengling arrived from Wuerttemberg Germany to settle in the sleepy, coal-mining town of Pottsville, Pennsylvania. As I digress, like a story being shared with new friends over a cold beer I’ll get back to our visit at Main Street Tavern. We ordered draft refills to accompany the wings & hand crafted pizza we ultimately chose; the menu is filled with taste bud tempting & oh so many yummy in my tummy choices. The crust of the pizza is sourced locally along with most of the food you’ll find on Main Street Tavern’s; it’s an impressive menu. The meatballs are homemade & sought after by many (that’s what I gathered by listening to banter across the bar). The rabbit food aka salads galore I doubt will leave you hungry by the portions I saw being served causing me to second guess my choice but not for long, those first nibbles into the perfectly cooked wings & crisped drumsticks drizzled in sauce had me wanting more. The wing sauce was scrumpdillyicious & fingers were licked while our pizza was easily devoured as we shared this feast while bantering with the locals, staff and owners as college football played on the screens. Folks were filtering in and out, some playing pool while others shared stories of their week. It’s was kind of neat spending time in a local neighborhood establishment, the vibe is unique and very much welcomed. We learned that Main Street Tavern is a staple in the community and gives back regularly hosting an array of charitable events like chili cook-offs, Santa was just there for pictures with the kids, karaoke & local entertainment. Ugh! Now we had a problem of the most basic kind. Being in town only for one night we couldn’t enjoy other items offered on Main Street Tavern’s savory menu and the company of friendly folks that shared our evening; perhaps our return trip east in the spring requires a delightful detour?! So in review … this gal encourages you to divert yourself off the highway, head on over to historic Munhall (a borough in Allegheny County, PA on the west bank of the Monongahela river). At Main Street Tavern we found ourselves warmly welcomed as we stepped inside, filled up on an assortment of vittles, beverages severed with a smile & locals who were happy to sit alongside us as we conversed about our travels across our country.“
“Picture if you can going back in time to an era when there was major industry in the valley. Elrama Generating Station was running full bore as well as West Penn Power and the mines were open supplying coal to these giant power houses Well that era is gone!!! But not the people, they still come get drunk and swing down memory lane. A patron played a song on the juke box " Country Road" by John Denver. Everyone in the place sang along and smiled a simple song for simple people Beware of the bartender though she skims 5/30/2018 The sign is back on!!!! Come on in, enjoy a cold beer on a hot day“

“Pub 333 in Oakmont is hands down my top choice when it comes to vegetarian pizza. Since I don’t eat meat, I’m always looking for places that still bring full flavor, and they nailed it. The crust is perfect, the toppings are fresh, and the balance of flavors makes it one of the best veggie pizzas I’ve had. It’s not just the food, either. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe makes you want to stay and enjoy yourself. When a place gets both the food and the energy right, that’s worth a review from me. If you’re looking for a spot with great options, good people, and a relaxed atmosphere head over to Pub 333!“
“Great place, great atmosphere, great bartenders, great tunes. Highly recommend.“
“The epitome of a great pub experience! From its inviting ambiance to the extensive drink selection, it's a haven for socializing. The staff's friendliness and expertise elevate the atmosphere. With live music adding to the vibe, it's the perfect spot for a memorable night out. “
“Great place to stop in for a drink, to play a game of pool, or to watch the game. Friendly owner and bar tenders. Friendly patrons. It's bigger than it looks with 2 pool tables! Not a restaurant, but they often have food during games, holiday parties, and events. Overall, it's a great little spot to stop in and hang out.“

“Surprisingly the first time I was ever here .. great little dive bar! Great prices, and I was told they have very good food. A guy came in ordering a Reuben, said it is the heat around. I'll have to go back and try that out... Parking can be difficult, but I would definitely recommend stopping by here! Follow for more...“

“Mixed crowd with younger and older, got a juke box with iTunes so if you have the app you can control it... The bartenders are friendly and down to earth, one of the select few places that I continuously visit when I have time. Karaoke night Wednesday which has a real nice crowd and on Fridays and Saturdays they have a DJ, and the best part is, the drink prices are very good it's a family-owned business so they try to make sure everything goes well“
“Low key chill spot to hang out. Beer selection is limited. Shuffleboard table is super fun and is probably the best reason to stop over (it's also free). Bartenders are friendly. I'd recommend you stick to cans as the taps sometimes taste off. No food beyond small bags of chips. Usually a smallish fairly quiet crowd of usuals. Solid dive bar overall.“
“Dietary restrictions: Staff cares about allergy concerns.
Parking: Bring a couple quarters for the local meters during the day.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
No steps on the way in. Access to a bathroom, and atm on wheel chair accessible level.
Pool table in the back is down 2 steps from the main entrance.“

“My wife's grandparents are from the hill country of Lebanon, and her "Sittee" made phenomenal food. I haven't had anything even close to her cooking until I went to Babylon. Friendly, courteous owner and staff, great service, and food that is out of this world. What more could you want?“

“Great Crowd. Great Eats! Eddie's is one Pittsburgh disappearing neighborhood bars, where mostly local but also always welcomed newcomers mix it up. If you want that experience, you'll have it at Eddie's. If you're old enough to remember that experience, you'll still find it there.“
