“I normally never have an issue here, but today I ordered a coffee through doordash paying $20. I have a usual that I get every time. I NEVER complain. Today the coffee I got didn't even taste like coffee. It was dark brown, tasted burnt, and had a HORRIBLE aftertaste. The manager was amazing and took care of me with no problem, but the faces and ignorant comments by one worker were EXTREMELY inappropriate and unnecessary. Again, I NEVER complain. I had to find a ride to have it replaced. If you mess someone's order up, take responsibility and deal with it. Don't be rude in return. Mistakes happen. If I pay $20 for my coffee, I expect it to be what I order.

“seemed to be fairly clean, bathroom was clean, my frozen coffee tasted good, the cashier who took my order inside, seemed to not be able to input my order correctly, i had to repeat myself 5x. If the cashier had a learning disability or was a new employee, i am totally patient, but if they are high or stoned at work, unacceptable. Save it for after work. By the way greedy corporations need to pay their employee's better to retain the good ones.“
