12 Best Sports Bars near Washington

“This is what a sports bar should look and feel like. Honestly, we chose to eat at this restaurant because it was near our hotel and it was getting late. We had travel many miles for a baseball tournament in the area on that day and we were very tired.

There were only a few people there on a Wednesday night. Our order was quickly taken and the food came out around 15 minutes later.

Order:
1) Grilled Chicken Spinach Sandwich with bacon, red onion, tomato, Swiss and a bacon-tomato-ranch sauce on a brioche bun-$11.59 (very good).
2) Angus Sirloin Steak and Cheese Sandwich served with fries, slaw and tomato on Italian Bread-$11.29 (a little dry, but good)
3) Personal Pepperoni Pizza-$8.99 (eatable)
4) Retro Onion Rings Crispy breaded onion rings with Parmesan Horseradish Mayo-$7.99 (very good)

Compared to other restaurants in the area that close between 8-10PM, this location closes between 12-2AM depending on the day of the week.“

“Nichelle was a wonderful bartender tonight! She gave me a drink very quick when I arrived and smiled all night despite being very busy. She handled the whole bar with ease even with the large crowd. Crystal whipped me up a delicious sandwich that really hit the spot.“

“Wasn’t a huge fan of Frankie I’s but stopped in since the name change for happy hour and dinner. Service was alright just busy because Friday night. I had the wings and they were some of the best chicken wings I’ve had in a long time. They need a wing night badly.

“The server had multiple customers, I didn't wait. she was able to take care of everyone in a timely manner. I had questions which she took the time to answer and didn't make me feel rushed. She helped me sign up for the app. . While still keeping up with her customers.
The food came out hot and delicious. I recommend the Golden Fire Sauce and the Garlic Parm, thank you to the cook my food was not over cooked and still had that juicy bite to it... Am not sure how to word that.. It was damn good that should cover it.

“We stopped here after a swim session as the kids loved the Mac N Cheese 🧀…. Their food did not disappoint and they ate it up. My side salad and Chicken Bacon Sandwich was massive. It took a while to get the food; however, in the end it was a solid meal.“

“This locally owned business is normally busy and has a ton of large-screen TVs for various sporting events taking place at the same time. In addition, the large bar area is separated from the dining area with a large wall for families, especially those with children, to enjoy a slightly quieter space that conceals bar activity.“
