“I ordered a cinnabon and Pretzel from Uber eats this evening around 4/5pm. I heated them up for 30 seconds in the microwave since the Uber driver had a few stops along the way and took 1 hour for delivery. They were so fresh and delicious. The cinnabon was huge and smothered in pecans and sauce. It was also packed with care. Thank you to whoever is working there today. You're awesome!“

“I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced at the Springfield location of the Pretzel Factory. On June 11, 2025 I visited the store expecting a quick and courteous transaction. Unfortunately, what I encountered was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. While several customers, including myself, waited in line to be served, an employee named ALFONZO was openly using his phone and not acknowledging anyone. When someone tried to get his attention, he casually flagged us off as if we were bothering him. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no sense of urgency or respect for customers. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful, it drives customers away. In a time when businesses rely heavily on customer loyalty and word of mouth, employees should be representing the brand with professionalism and basic courtesy. I strongly urge management to address this issue and ensure that staff are trained—or retrained—on the importance of customer service. If this is the type of behavior that is tolerated, I will not be returning, and I will certainly discourage others from doing so. Sincerely,“

“Good morning Good People!
I had to write this review before leaving the parking lot. Let me tell yall, I will only be coming to this location. The cashier notified me of a deal today, which ended up being $2 cheaper. I was told originally it would be a 12 minute wait which they switch and said I could have another order that was fresh out. Either way I was fine with waiting. They separated the box of already pre packaged of 100 pretzels into 4 bags of 25 and carried it to my car with me so I would only have to make one trip. I will spend my money here always. Thank you to the professionalism, good music, and hot pretzels. 🥨

“I got party bucket pretzel bites and one of their Parmesan pretzel. They were very nice and helpful and the Parmesan pretzel is yummy. The pretzel bites were for my kids school so did not taste it but it looked fresh and soft. Highly recommend and will go back again“
