“If you’re anywhere near Emmitsburg, MD - Rocky’s Pizza is a must-visit. I was in town for an overnight stay and a local highly recommended this spot. Let me just say: this is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time.
They gave a good indoor where there are many funny quotes written all over the place.
Everything is made fresh to order - you can literally taste the difference. Our pizza came out hot, loaded with all the veggies and chicken toppings we requested. They don’t skimp on quality or quantity. It takes a little time, but that’s because they actually cook the meat and prepare everything fresh right after you order.
The place has even won awards for the best pizza in the tri-state area for the past three years - and it shows. The flavors are authentic, the portions are very huge, and the service is great. Highly recommend for family dinners, casual hangouts, or even a quick bite if you’re passing through.“

“My husband and I get pizza from Arturo's on South Mountain on Friday's once in awhile. We LOVE the pizza, and always order ours with black olives and mushrooms. In addition to the pizza being delicious, Arturo and his staff are so friendly. They always take the time to talk and smile. It's a great place to go. Check it out.“

“Rocky's is excellent. The menu is varied enough that everyone can find something they like. The food is delicious and freshly made with every order. You will have to wait for your food to be made, but it is worth the wait. The portions are generous for the price and you will definitely take home leftovers, which are great the second day.
Overall? Rocky's is a hidden gem in Cascade and absolutely worth a visit (and revisiting) when you're in the area or if you want to take a trip (we'll drive here from Frederick just for the food).“

“I arrived about 3 pm: There was a guy, who was at the frontline- very nice, who established a direct customer friendly approach with me immediately! He didn’t appear nervous but moved expeditiously in getting my order that waiting carry out, while the female workers- looked a bit perplexed! I’m so glad he appeared from out of no where! He asked me, if I’d been helped- and he knew what do immediately!!“

“Today was my first time here. The service was awesome! Food was so amazing! I tried everything everyone ordered at the table. The garlic bread with cheese had so much flavor, the pizza was the best we've had yet, bacon cheese fries were out of this world, calzone was so cheesey and the bread oh so good, steak and cheese sub was oh so tasty. The vanilla gelato imported from Italy is a must have. Wow, you could even taste the vanilla bean. Thank you for awesome food, service, and atmosphere!“

“Have been a customer of Arturos for 20 years. Ownership has changed a few times but not the pizza. Love their service and selections. They are a little short on staff so be patient and kind. 100% recommend!“
