Twin Kiss is a MUST HAVE when passing through or just a stop in for a cool cup of ice cream! It’s ABSOLUTELY one of our FAVORITE ice cream parlors in Franklin County by far! Just a little ways outside of downtown Waynesboro near Quincy & Mont Alto… some of the best ice cream and quick to go foods. A++
This place has drastically gone down hill over the years, the food is not as good as it used to be and the prices have increased. While dining in the other day we went to look at/feed the deer and there was one that was obviously VERY VERY SICK! It couldn't walk right, was breathing weird and sounded very congested/wheezing, tounge was hanging out and it just seemed overall very lethargic and sickly.
