Is there a napkin shortage? Should we bring our own napkins next time? Should we shut up and wipe our mouths and hands on our clothes?

“It’s my first time here and I got the Steakhouse and my godmother got the Soprano. She got parm fries and I got sweet potato fries with a hot chocolate milkshake. The burger is very good and the milkshake is delicious. I highly recommend this place. It reminds me of an updated Five Guys but better. I’ll be back again.“

“The staff at this Wendy's were being unfairly harrassed by an an unstable white male as I went through the drive thru tonight. He banged on the doors and yelled through them at the employees, then I saw him walk away back to his car and pick up a rock on the way. He then drove up behind me in thr drive thru and yelled at them through the speaker, pulled out of the drive thru and parked behind the restaurant just waiting. When I pulled to the window, I told the staff what I saw. The shift manager said that he was there all the time and always treated them like this. She said they have reported him in the past but the local police say they can't do anything. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, prompt, and delivered exactly what I ordered. They remained calm and collected while there was an active threat even knowing no one else was coming to help them. I am amazed at how much these folk had to handle while the majority of the staff looked to still be teenagers. No one should have to work in these conditions. If Wendy's is smart, they (or the franchise owner) will look into this situation and give a raise to everyone there.“

Parking: No problem with parking or the food but the cashier couldn't figure out the change correctly. Owed me a dollar but it wasn't worth fighting over that so I gave up.“

On top of their prices being cheaper then other DQ's in the area they always run sales so I save even more. With inflation I'm always in for a Sale?“

“The manager of late(2023) has been very helpful and cordial, going put of her way to facilitate a positive experience for her customers. The staff are nice, too. The food is notably better than that which I have received from other locations.

Parking: Plenty of parking. Lot isn't too chaotic.“

“The quickest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The food was made exactly as it’s supposed to be. The employees were nice and polite. It’s located in a high-ceiling glass atrium in a mall food court…the atmosphere is way more pleasant and comfortable than a typical food court.“

I literally just went through the drive thru and ordered a number 1 meal which I was charged $9 now that maybe the price and if it is that’s fine but I wouldn’t know because I wasn’t given a receipt. 2. If a customer is going through the drive thru chances are they are eating while driving some napkins in the bag would be nice. 3. I thought a number 1 meal was your basic beef and cheddar sandwich however I got something totally different again I was driving and didn’t have time to turn back around.“

I came here after an ER visit and Philly made sure my food was fresh after I waited in the very busy drive thru, without me even asking. “Let me tell you, I come here whenever I'm in the area planning on seeing a movie at the Regal Theater that's across the parking lot from this establishment. Everytime I've come, I've been greeted as soon as I walked in and have been served with such great attention to detail and such kindness from the workers and everything comes out perfect every single time ??? I tried their blt for the first time ever tonight and it slapped HARD. Special shout-out to my man Quise that works there, I'm not sure what shift he works but mind you this was at about 9 PM when I came in so I'm assuming night shift. But my guy definitely deserves his flowers. He paid extra attention to the details I gave him about my sandwich because I did customize a couple things and this thing hit the spot ??? Give that man a raise. In fact, one for the entire crew. They always keep the place spic and span and they work hard to make sure customers are good. Love 5 guys, especially this location. They'll get u right! ????“

“Intended for a quick stop on the ride home to grab a cold drink and hit the bathrooms. Saw that the mcdonalds had a play place, so it quickly became a much longer stop. Bathrooms were clean! Entire restaurant was clean, and I saw employees actively cleaning while we were there. Manager brought our food over to us in the play area, even though we placed it "to-go", so I didn't need to walk back over and leave my daughter or make her stop playing. Play space was clean and inviting. 5 stars all around!
