“I’ve ordered from here numerous times, over the last few months (you’re a household favorite, especially with my 2 boys), and every single time, everything is perfectly made & tastes delicious! Today I ordered lunch for my daughter and myself, and we’re currently eating my “go-to”: the #7 (on rosemary parm bread), with a side of garden salsa Sun Chips! SO. TASTY! “My husband and I are frequent customers and rave about Sam’s to everyone who comes to visit us. I love the Italian Special. My favorite part about their subs is how their light and fluffy rolls really let the quality of the ingredients shine. This also means the sub isn’t overly filling as a single serving, and you don’t have to chew forever. The staff are a hoot and the old school feel gives me such nostalgia.“

“Great selection of sandwiches and soups, I just wish they had more soup sizes instead of just "decent, if a bit smallish" and "a week's supply". Other than that, it's my go to place for a quick soup. Prices are reasonable and service is fast.“

“I have to disclose it was a free chips for a review but offered to all! I have come a few times to this new location for lunch and it has been very good. Every time it has a full staff who now recognize me. I have the turkey mini or regular size Mike's way on the toppings and I add the cherry pepper relish. I hope I only ever get this CPR! I walk usually but there is lots of parking. Easier to navigate than the Christiana Mall location which I have not gone to much because it is a hassle especially on the weekend. I like Zoup and Capriotti's as well but the Capriotti's on Main is always slow so this store will pick up more bizz from me. I'll be around!“

“I left a negative review of the Newark location because the staff are just brain dead college kids but I've always loved Capriotti's. It's just part of living in Delaware, for whatever that's worth. This location had a few weeks where it was touch and go about half a year ago (looks like the reviews reflect that as well, quite a few disgruntled remarks), they'd be closed at odd hours and some of their staff were questionable to put it politely, but it looks like they've turned it around since then. If one of these places has the staff it needs, then it's worth going to. It's really a matter of knowing what's going on in what location. This place seems like it's up and running efficiently again so hopefully they keep it that way.I hardly ever have a problem with this place at least when it's actually open.“

“I came in alone recently and asked for a Cran-Slam club. The manager spent her extra time at the end of her shift to assist the team with making a sandwich that, frankly, shouldn't be off the menu anymore. But she went above and beyond with the rest of the team there to make it happen. I was happy to see someone remembered a classic, and a better creation and alt from the Bobbie sub.

“I came In I want to say either Wednesday or Thursday! Food was amazing ! Seem like there was a change in management because The girls where Soo sweet!! Everything was Soo clean ! No one was rushing me! They made me feel Soo welcomed !!! I even convinced my husband to do capriotti's twice a week!! Because our food was that good ! And the energy was very welcoming!!
