“1st, tonight I ordered through Doordash and before it even arrived I had a call from the restaurant that the dasher forgot part of my order. He(from the restaurant)insisted on bringing it to me all the way to the valley so I have to say you can't get better service than that! Totally above and beyond. Also sweet, nice, and apologetic. 2nd I think the chicken there is great. Moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Plenty of food and tons of fries. I don't know about the negative reviews but mine is 100% positive. Thank you to the staff for not leaving it to Doordash to give me a refund, and having the non chicken people go without food (lamb was what was left behind, and personally delivered, and apparently very tasty too.)“

“Our server, Matt, was great! He was attentive to our table and patient with our kids when they ordered their Book-It pizzas. We arrived around 2 PM on a Monday, and the place was relatively quiet. The salad bar wasn’t open, which was fine for us. Overall, we (including our kids) had a good experience and plan on returning to this Pizza Hut!“

“The food was great, hot and fresh! They had a seafood empanada that was delicious. The outer crust was light and crispy and just right. Perfect my french fries were hot and crispy too. I recommend their location on Luzerne Street near the Price Rite Marketplace, at the 600 block of Luzerne St.

“I don't review a lot of places, but I'm writing one for this place because I've been here dozens of times and feel it doesn't deserve its low rating.

I've come here 2-3 times a month over the year and a half since it has opened. I always order in the app because it's cheaper (online exclusive $6.49 combo boxes for the win), always use the drive-thru, and I always make multiple customizations (most often subtracting lettuce).

I have only gotten lettuce in my food once. I have only been missing an item twice, both times a cup of spicy ranch. And there has only ever been one rude employee, who I saw once during their opening weeks and never again. Again, this is after 30-40+ visits to this specific location, which is crazy to me. I have *never* had so few negative experiences at any other fast food restaurant location. Unlike many other places, the food here is consistently hot, fresh, and assembled with care.

I feel lucky to live so close, because the Hazleton, Saint Clair, and Lehighton locations had often screwed up my food before I started coming only to this one. To whoever is responsible for this -- management and/or regular employees -- I appreciate you!“

“I wanted to share how impressive the staff here was to me. A strange guy followed me into the restaurant. I told the person taking my order. She told her manager. They did not leave me by myself. They kind of huddled around me because the guy was laughing out loud. Then they offered to walk me out to my car. The kindness that they showed towards me was so reassuring in this crazy world. I know they can’t get paid enough to do their own work and security… but they are the reason I have faith in people today. Thank you for the kindness and caring.“

“Multiple times I ask for extra sauce on my sandwiches. Get charged then there's never any extra sauce on the sandwiches. Sandwiches are drier than a Biscuit from Popeyes. Their fries are always horrible! Either no salt, stale or hard.“

They screwed up the 3 whopper sandwiches so later on they made it right by giving us new ones. So at that time we ordered more food. My brother got a whopper and a meal with chicken nuggets and they forgot them. Also he paid $5 for 1 whopper and there’s a deal 2/$5. Shouldn’t they have asked him if they were the same price for 2. “I loved this Burger King. The managers are very friendly and attentive. I loved the service; everything was very clean. I only went a couple of times in the morning, and the American manager is super rude. It took her forever to take my order; she went to the entrance and didn't.
