But what really makes Novo special is the staff. Every single visit, they’re genuinely kind, welcoming, and make you feel like a regular (even if you’re not… yet). Now let’s talk about the drinks—because WOW. The whipped honey latte has me in a chokehold, and if you haven’t tried the seasonal lavender version, you are seriously missing out. It’s next-level good. Food-wise, Novo does not disappoint. The made-to-order breakfast sandwiches are fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a slow morning or a quick grab-and-go. The only thing I’ll say (and this is me begging nicely 🙃): they’re closed on Sundays, and I would LOVE to see extended hours in the future. Pretty please! If you’re local and haven’t been yet—this is your sign. Novo is a must-try ☕✨”

“This might just be the best ice cream that has ever touched my tongue. It made me feel heavenly and ascend. The chocolate and gameday are spectacular flavors that are truly changing the game. “We had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Our waitress Riley was super friendly and knowledgeable. She offered us suggestions and let us know all the little ways they make their food and drinks so good. We had an orange Creamsicle drink, buffalo chicken dip, chicken quesadilla and custom Stromboli. The cook hand delivered the food and made sure everything was fantastic. We will most definitely be back.”

“My Wife and I have always wanted to try this place. Now....it's our favorite place. We just came from there for our Valentine's dinner and once again we was not disappointed. We are figuring when we can go again. Service. ...Food....and Atmosphere top notch. I saw a plate of Spaghetti and Meatballs brought out to a customer. I'm getting that next time. Simple and to the point. See for yourself.”

“I’m from Latrobe but, I love taking my nephew for his Saturday soccer games. I dropped him and went in search of local coffee. Coco Coffeehouse is where I landed and I ordered a Shamrock Latte with a BLT breakfast sandwich to go so I could get back to the field. Legit the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had and I live close enough to Ruthie’s (RIP 😭) in Ligonier to have it as a regular breakfast spot. Latte was perfect and didn’t even make it back to the field. Keep doing what you’re doing! I’ll see you on the next soccer run.”

“Stucky's IC Shoppe is AWESOME! Best ice cream & food around in the area! They have tons of flavors, including divine Sugar-Free flavors. You can't even tell they are Sugar-Free. If you like chocolate, try the "Chocolate Extreme" flavor. It's "OMG" good! The Owner is wonderful & the staff is wonderful! Very friendly & always smiling! Their burgers & philly cheesesteak is "Food Heaven" ! We visit this IC Shoppe, at least, once a week. I have had "out of state" people I recommended tell me they will always go there when in the area. If you haven't been up to Stucky's yet, you are really missing out. Get there as soon as possible! Thank you to Stuch (the Owner) for bringing an awesome little restaurant & ice cream shoppe to the area! Best addition to Apollo, PA. This town needed it!”

“This is one of my son’s favorite places to go for a morning coffee date. He will get a hot cocoa and breakfast sandwich and I will try one of their many specialty drinks. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are wonderful. Not to mention, it is very affordable.”

“Tbh...I dont get the hype. I think it was okay pizza, but people rave about this place. Is it a higher end gas station pizza, sure. Is it comparable to a pizza focused place? Not really. It was bland. Not much flavor. The people there were great, and it definitely is a good spot to jump off the highway for...but t many places I'd rather have living locally”

She tried to ask me for my ID but instead she just goes how old are you?? I am like ohhh? I didn't think bartenders could do that?
