“Service was ok...my chicken was over done and broccoli was under done. But what I wanted to say is I give props to the manager for going above and beyond for help to rectify the situation....thank you! Visited on 7/7 at around 4pm at the one in Hatfield PA...didn't get the manager's name but want him/you to know it was very much appreciated.“

“We come to this Applebees often. The reason we come here is the staff and the atmosphere. We feel welcomed and comfortable. We have been served by Jason, Teressa, Joe and they are all wonderful. Tonight we sat with Davin. Davin provided excellent service and ensured we had everything we needed. I also want to give a shoutout to the management team at this location. We have met Mariam and Amy. They both always stop by and check in on us. Not only that, but they spend time talking to us. It makes us feel like they are happy we are there. This location is by far the best Applebees we have been at. Kudos to the management team for creating an environment where the staff excels and creates an experience.“

“For being a bar, it was actually pretty nice for sitting down to eat. The waitress was super friendly and the food was surprisingly good. I got the nachos and and buffalo chicken cheese steak. I'd go there again, especially if I was in the mood to drink too because they had a solid beer selection with a few nicer craft options. I also saw they had a good selection of beer to go which is a bonus.“

“My friends & I (party of 10) met at Capone's on Sunday, March 24, 2024. We were set up in a room that made it very easy for us to talk with each other while we ate. The menu gave a lot of options for all of us, the service was outstanding, and we were not rushed. “On June 15th my friend and I went here because it was my birthday, our bartender, Jenn was absolutely amazing! She shouted out my birthday and even gave me a piece of cake..the atmosphere was so laid back, I kept telling her that my friend and I were only friends but her face said something different, but that's another story..lol

“Franzone’s has my favorite pizza. It’s thin crust. It’s a sweet sauce. It’s delicious. They have a great menu although I love the pizza so much that I usually order pizza. They have a full bar. They have a parking lot. They have TVs which were all playing The Masters today. Bethany was our server today. She was friendly and attentive. We’ve been going to Franzone’s for over 20 years. They are celebrating their 70th year anniversary.“

“Place was outstanding- even though we showed up an hour before closing time we were treated with respect and courtesy by our server diamond! She was excellent (give this women a raise Applebees she’s a valuable asset) food and speed was absolutely outstanding! Never felt rushed and kept the food coming along with the check all in the appropriate fashion! “I celebrated my birthday with a Topgolf party! My party host was very attentive and helpful.

In addition to the food they served as part of the party, I was able to bring my own cake. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the 2 hours.

“I have been coming to this D&B for years (and have spent too much money lol!) The employees are always fun and their drinks are really good! A little weak though. The arcade is amazing and I can easily spend hours playing. Their Star Trek, SpongeBob, and Mandalorian card games are my personal favorites!! Highly recommend this place for a family outing and dating spot.“
