“My significant other and I had a delicious dinner that ended with the best banana split we’ve tasted in Lehigh, Berks and Northampton Counties. Out waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. She made sure our meals were as described and made sure our glasses stayed full. We are looking for many more delicious memories with you and your staff.“

“Wow! Fresh vegetables, fantastic soup made in-house, and Flounder that exceeded expectations. It's outside of my usual area but came recommended, so I had to stop by while in the area. Another diner that has had a modern make-over (as most in the greater Lehigh Valley have). Formerly Dempsey's, a renovated 1960's De Raffele diner with flair and is twice as impressive inside as outside.“

“Early run this morning, I came in first thing hoping for some healthy food. I was served a beautiful plate of eggs with veggies right off of my healthy eating list! Tomatoes slices on the side as suggested by my waitress....I feel great after eating! There are certainly some tempting delights right as I walk in the door but also a place for a healthy bite and a quick break before the drive back! :)“

“The food is always good. I used to go more frequently when I lived closer. Great atmosphere. They even have a fish tank or two to watch while you eat, if you sit nearby.“

“Tried this place a few times about a yr or more ago and the place was meh at best. I said forget this place.
Then Saturday I decided to give it another go and the food was great!! I will definitely be going back soon. I hope we get the same great food.

“This is a great place to work with great food to accompany the well treated staff! The owner loves what he does it is truly his passion - you can tell when you taste his food! I am proud to say I work here, and see a smile on all of our customers faces!“

“This seems to be a pretty small diner but they make up for that with their great service and amazing food. Very clean establishment. Walking in was greeted then seated by a polite hostess. Great server, then took the order. The food came out, plated very nicely, it was hot and tasted very good. So the cook/s must be pretty good too. It’s important that I mention one other thing, the prices were excellent.“

“We haven't been at sunrise in years because bad food, dirty and very very poor service I would have to say at least 5 years. Well we went in on Thursday night late and to much surprise great service and food was great. They even have regular fries where the actually use fresh potatoes not frozen battered crap. And get this they are open till 10 pm. We will give a try again. Don't know if someone else took over or what but much cleaner and service and food much better.“

“This is a typical small town diner with home cooked styled meals. The food was tasty and served in a reasonable time. The building is nothing special but works well as a diner. I ate here for the 1st time with it called this name recently, but in the past I have eaten at the diner here many times before for different meals and not much has changed in the past 20 years other than the menu options, the prices, and who the owners are.“

“Today I was there with my grandkids. The food is excellent. My only complaint was when we ordered the ice cream , I was charged for a double scoop, but only received a single scoop, I told the waitress and she said that she has a big scooper funny I owned an ice cream store and there’s no such thing as a bigger scooper or ice cream scoops are basically the same . A double scoop means two scoops of ice creams on top of each other simple so the next time you go and ask for ice cream make sure you get two scoops not one.!!“

I do not think I ever had anyone serve me as great as this team of people and my Direct server was Morgan. I do not know if you have an incentive if customers give the name of their servers in a positive light or not, but she definitely deserves an award. “The food has gotten better since my last review 3 years ago, hats off to the cooks. Started going back this year, staff is great except still lacking in enough staffing diring busy times. Only thing upset about, I love there smoothies, when you order them to go, you get about half of what you get while dining in! won't be ordering drinks to go anymore!!!“
