“We recently celebrated our son’s graduation party at Gloria Sports & Spirits, and it exceeded every expectation! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and everything came together perfectly.
A special thank you to Jason, the manager, and Kristy, the event coordinator, who truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. They were attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our celebration special. Our guests had an amazing time, and we received so many compliments on the venue, the food, and the outstanding service.
We are so grateful to the entire team for helping us create such wonderful memories. If you’re looking for a place to host a special event, I highly recommend Gloria Sports & Spirits. Thank you for making our son’s graduation celebration one we’ll never forget!“

“Absolutely fantastic experience! The espresso martinis were some of the best I've had—perfectly balanced, smooth, and dangerously easy to drink.
I also ordered the Parmesan chicken wings with a side of hot sauce, and they were outstanding. The wings were incredibly juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and the Parmesan seasoning was packed with flavor. Dipping them in the hot sauce took them to another level. I'm a huge wing fan, and these are definitely some of the better wings I've had.

“If you’re looking for a great bar, friendly staff, amazing drinks, and even better food.. then look no further! If you’re new to the Manayunk/Roxborough area, have lived here your whole life, or are just passing through the city you will not regret stepping foot in to CJ & Eck’s. Try one of the amazing food specials the chef prepares, ask for a Tootsie Bomb, and enjoy an ice cold draft beer! The staff is always welcoming, and the regulars will make it feel like home!“

“Very friendly nice people ugly kid Joe here the rock band checked in for this place because I was for my walk on vacation. Don't do bars much anymore but it was raining out from my exercise walk and I went in for a refreshment cocktail the two Latina women there very professional and very friendly if I had a bar I would hire them. Nice little bar again soon when I'm off tour. 😁 I didn't try the food but I can say I love this bar.🥳😆🙏“

“For being a bar, it was actually pretty nice for sitting down to eat. The waitress was super friendly and the food was surprisingly good. I got the nachos and and buffalo chicken cheese steak. I'd go there again, especially if I was in the mood to drink too because they had a solid beer selection with a few nicer craft options. I also saw they had a good selection of beer to go which is a bonus.“

“Very friendly staff with quick and attentive service. Relaxing atmosphere with live music out on the patio area. I wanted to try something new (for me) in the area and was pleasantly surprised. I decided to go out of my comfort zone and try something new to eat as well as I've never really had a taste for seafood. I ended up ordering the crispy calamari, the king crab, and some wings just in case I didn't like it. WOW! the calamari was very good and my mind was blown with the King crab. Their buttery sauce was a perfect pair with the crab. It was a great experience. 100% will return very soon for more!“

“Best Brazilian Bar around, and definitely #1 in the Northeast. The owner, security DJ, and bartenders, especially Thamy, are awesome. It's always a great time! Excellent food, music, and drinks. Melhor bar Brasileiro ao redor, e definitivamente o número 1 do Nordeste. O proprietário, DJ de segurança e barmen, especialmente Thamy, são incríveis. É sempre um grande momento! “The young ladies behind the bar are sweet, personable and professional. If you go twice, they'll remember your name and what you drink. And this may be a best-kept secret but the roast pork sandwich with long hots will CRUSH 90% of those in South Philadelphia. Doesn't need the cup of "jus" they include, but you can down it like a shot. Pro tip: Try subbing Cooper Sharp for Provolone.“

“We had our wedding here on 9/28/19 and it was AMAZING. The price was reasonable, the setting was intimate & cozy and the staff was lovely. My family can’t stop talking about how lovely it was! The outdoor seating area was perfect for smokers and non-smokers alike. The grounds were beautiful for pictures. Last but not least, the food was delish (especially the salmon) and the options at the bar ROCKED. It was, all in all, incredible!“

“I hadn't been to Applebee's in quite some time. This was the Southampton location. Had the Loaded Wave Potatoes (loaded is a bit of a stretch, could really use more cheese and bacon but still) they were delicious! Crisp on the outside tender inside. Also had the Grilled Cheese Cheese Burger. Very good. Cooked perfectly to my order of medium, hot & juicy. Servers and hostess were so very nice, smiling, welcoming. This Applebee's location really stepped up their game.“

“Great bar and bartender!! I came in for brunch and got the layin at mays omelette and a bloody mary and it was incredible! Kevin was very attentive, fun to talk to, and made a great drink! Definitely will be returning for dinner one night soon!!“
“My impression is that the place is a throw -back to crowded Brazilian bars/ clubs in Rio the 2000’s. It’s fun, good vibes and energy. The bottom floor has a band and a DJ, a big screen for World Cup games and a well attended bar. The middle floor is more family oriented, at least during the World Cup games. The rooftop stills not open.
People were very friendly but yet respectful; the typical happy and relaxed Brazilian vibe, songs and good times. What I could not really stomach was the security guards in the first floor and in the entrance carrying a big riffle 😳. Certainly not typical for America or Philly and I don’t remember being part of the scene in Brazil .“

“A home away from home for Commanders fans living in Philadelphia. Old Bay is featured heavily on the menu, as it should be. They easily accommodated our walk in party of 14 and put up with us playing "Hail To The Redskins" on the jukebox repeatedly.
*To the couple Commanders fans who left negative reviews, that's not cool and you're missing the joke.*“

“On June 15th my friend and I went here because it was my birthday, our bartender, Jenn was absolutely amazing! She shouted out my birthday and even gave me a piece of cake..the atmosphere was so laid back, I kept telling her that my friend and I were only friends but her face said something different, but that's another story..lol
