“I’ve been to this location twice so far and the food has been perfect. On this occasion I was at the front register when an employee that was preparing an order started towards me with his gloves still on to take my order. Another employee stated he would take my order and he immediately took his gloves off so he could work the register. That’s a Five (5) stars in my book. Some places the employees think that those gloves are to be never taken off, touching rags, registers, etc and then touching food. The name on the ticket was James R. Thank you James R!! I also ate in this time and the place was clean.“

“My wife and I attended the Valentines Day five course special at the Grill Room, and after five years of marriage it stands out as the best Valentines Day dinner we’ve done out. The food was amazing from the first course to the table side prepared Bananas Foster (which was the best dessert I’ve personally ever had in a restaurant). The meal itself offered a large range of options to suit every appetite. My wife and I were able to pick different choices and it gave us both a wide tasting of the options (since we shared everything apart from the first plate). The food was top notch, way above what we had paid for such a wonderful experience. And let’s talk about price for a moment, you would imagine a meal that amazing would be unaffordable, and you would be wrong. Well within even the most frugal couples price range. Our server was excellent, with excellent service skills. The chefs work spoke for itself, but he has a great sense of humor to interact with as well. The management staff was on point, and seems dedicated to outstanding service. It was the first time I was here, but I guarantee it won’t be the last.“

“Drive thru line was long so we went inside, that was a long wait to get the food as well. One drink machine was working(as I had already guessed) and was out of half the drinks. Also the screens that should display the menu weren’t working( as I had already guessed again) so I already had the menu up on the app. We took the food to go and it was good and everything was hot and the order was correct.“

“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “We ordered fahead from Nifty Fifties for a department meeting. We gave a time for pick up. The order was ready, everything was perfect. The milkshakes were cold and a big hit with everyone. I previously had a lunch there and the food was fresh and tasty. I recommended Nifty Fifty's so I am glad it was a good enjoyable choice for all.“

“The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. Fast forward when I went to order from PLNT she greeted me with a warm smile and hello as she recognized me from earlier. As I was deciding what to get she recommended the chilli and offered a sample. DELICIOUS! While preparing my order she held small conversation with my friend and I and still made a phemomenal burger. For my very first time meeting her, it felt like an old friend. I can only imagine the how she makes her staff feel. Definitley would go back just to say hello the next time Im food shopping in WF. Also the other young lady Kelly was sweet as well. As far as the food... you cant ever go wrong! Even my meat-eater friend and family enjoys the food. It is that good!!“

Hand cut hot crispy fries, deliciously seasoned burgers on HOME MADE buttery pillow soft buns, and delicious milk shakes. Couldn’t get any better. “A couple onion rings were slightly charred and still good but I’m still giving it a 5 star because this burger was so damn good. Bread, beef, smoky mayo, bacon. Nothing took away from either bite to bite and that’s rare. I will legit take bacon off a burger that is too crispy or too soggy.“

“I literally just came down to get some groceries from Asian Fresh and afterwards I saw this cute place. I decided to go in and get the spicy chicken sandwich meal with 2 spicy wing dings and a soda. The chicken was super fresh and crispy. It was delicious I was very happy with my purchase, I'm so happy with it I have to return. I live how the food was made to order and the woman behind the counter was very friendly. Can't wait to dine in.“

The price is a little on the higher side especially if you're trying to get a quick bite/save money but it was really good! The wait was not long and the place has good seats. “Kia was our service and when i tell you she is the bomb.com. She made my family feel like we was the only ones she was attending too. She had 4 other tables, but she made all the tables feel like we was top priority. She’s very amazing with children and you can tell she really loves her job. The manger Steven (i think that was his name) came and checked on the table and let us know Kia is definitely one of the best. I’ll be back for sure on Kia shift.

“I like the food generally. But the team members here really made my experience. Brittany was the cashier and explained things very well and nicely to me. She came to check up on us near the end of our meal as well, very friendly. Hanz dropped our food off and smiled, extremely friendly. While i was there a crazy woman burst into the place, climbed atop the counter and jumped into the back - the crew didn't miss a beat and got my my excellent cheesesteak sandwich like nothing was wrong, so great food, great service - atmosphere would have been better without the crazy woman.“
