“I’ve been to this location twice so far and the food has been perfect. On this occasion I was at the front register when an employee that was preparing an order started towards me with his gloves still on to take my order. Another employee stated he would take my order and he immediately took his gloves off so he could work the register. That’s a Five (5) stars in my book. Some places the employees think that those gloves are to be never taken off, touching rags, registers, etc and then touching food. The name on the ticket was James R. Thank you James R!! I also ate in this time and the place was clean.“

“My wife and I attended the Valentines Day five course special at the Grill Room, and after five years of marriage it stands out as the best Valentines Day dinner we’ve done out. The food was amazing from the first course to the table side prepared Bananas Foster (which was the best dessert I’ve personally ever had in a restaurant). The meal itself offered a large range of options to suit every appetite. My wife and I were able to pick different choices and it gave us both a wide tasting of the options (since we shared everything apart from the first plate). The food was top notch, way above what we had paid for such a wonderful experience. And let’s talk about price for a moment, you would imagine a meal that amazing would be unaffordable, and you would be wrong. Well within even the most frugal couples price range. Our server was excellent, with excellent service skills. The chefs work spoke for itself, but he has a great sense of humor to interact with as well. The management staff was on point, and seems dedicated to outstanding service. It was the first time I was here, but I guarantee it won’t be the last.“

“I went in to try out the new frosty,I was a berry flavor.i ask the young lady who was wanting on me ,she told me she thought I was very good ,she complair it to a yogurt. It was great that's all I could say .it was very hot out side and it was perfect for the body.

“We ordered fahead from Nifty Fifties for a department meeting. We gave a time for pick up. The order was ready, everything was perfect. The milkshakes were cold and a big hit with everyone. I previously had a lunch there and the food was fresh and tasty. I recommended Nifty Fifty's so I am glad it was a good enjoyable choice for all.“

“Ok so I’ve been twice the first time I went I wasn’t too sure if I liked the double smash burger so I went back and I can say I now know why! This time I got the double heat smash burger. The smash patty itself was very bland, no seasoning not even salt and pepper, the house sauce which goes on the burger isn’t spread nor sweet enough you can hardly taste the relish, and the heat sauce was mid it literally had no flavor just spice. The fries and the milkshake are pretty good tho as well as the customer service!“

“Title says it all. The food is pretty standard fast food fare, but it’s all very good. I LOVE the chili and the sauces. The prices are also pretty fair. Love having a fast food vegan option for those days when cooking isn’t happening. Only downside is that it can feel a little hectic in Whole Foods while you’re waiting for your order.“

“This place is the best burger place around. WAY better than shake shack, five guys, and smash burger combined. Hand cut hot crispy fries, deliciously seasoned burgers on HOME MADE buttery pillow soft buns, and delicious milk shakes. Couldn’t get any better. “You can always count on great grub from Del Rossi’s. The pizza is great but the cheesesteaks are my favorite. On my last visit I went with my usual…regular steak with grilled onions. The meat to cheese to bread ratio is exactly right at this place. Delicious and high quality. Best steak in the city in my opinion.“

“I've done a bunch of deliveries from here but haven't eaten anything from them. They always have the pick up ready to go without much waiting around which is always good. The people who work here are definitely sweet and helpful. I dropped a milkshake one time and they remade it for me no problem.. Thanks for that.“

“Though there was a mixup at first with our delivery driver, (my apologies for not updating the delivery instructions), the burgers were just as good as I remembered. As I told my husband last night, the burgers taste how Burger King wants to be. Flame grilled, flavorful, and always a double. I didn’t see an option to add cheese and bacon to my fries like there used to be but the fries were delicious regardless. My husband and I trailed off from getting delivery from this restaurant since the pandemic ended but perhaps after our dinner last night we’ll pick things back up. I miss my lava burger but the jalapeño burger was a nice substitute. Husband got the south Philly. Also, wasn’t there an option to switch your patty choice from beef to turkey? I digress. Still a five star meal. Might use DoorDash next time instead of Slice to avoid delivery confusion.“

“The vibe of the restaurant is very nice and I was immediately greeted when I walked to the counter. The man was super friendly and walked me through the menu since it was my first time here. The customer service was top notch the whole time I was in the restaurant. They brought my Smashburger and Fries to my table and took my tray away when I was finished. “Huge fan, I’ve never had a bad sandwich at Johnny Hot’s, until today 8/30/24. I was supposed to have just pork roll on a steak roll with spicy mustard, no egg and no cheese. The pork roll is usually cut very thin with a nice braise on it. It had egg & cheese on it. The egg & cheese were warm the meat was cool, no grill color to it. By the time I took the egg & cheese off there was hardly any pork roll, very disappointed. It was “no change” Friday, so I gave my apprentice 15 dollars for a sandwich I couldn’t even eat.“

“I want to write about Jordan, one of the managers. I was in town for my nephew's graduation. After the ceremony, on the evening of Sunday, May 18, I wanted to cheer his accomplishments with family and champagne. Jordan quickly set me up with the bottle I'd selected and 9 flutes so we could toast in the hotel library. She refused a tip, instead sharing it with the bartenders. She is definitely one of the assets of this establishment.“
