I thought the portion size for the price was good. As other reviewers mentioned, you do need to pay for water.“

“Very friendly service, good burger and reasonable price.+(no fees) Jessica the manager actually took the time to explain everything which was nice. It was my first time and I will be back. The counter person was pleasant and likes her job which says a lot about Wonder .👍👍.So many good choices 😁😉“

“I am SHOCKED at the quality of this humble food truck. The samosas, chili chicken, and saag paneer are as good or better than many local Indian restaurants —fantastic flavors and ingredient quality. The kindness and pride in her work of the woman behind the meal is also wonderful to see and so much appreciated. The affordable prices also mean I can make this cart a regular addition to my takeout rotation. Note — because everything is fresh it does take some time to prepare, I would say more than your average cart. I wouldn't at all let this deter you from grabbing food here, I would just recommend calling ahead.“

I go 2-3 times a week and singlehandedly keeps me fed on my days off from work. I cannot even begin to say how great the food and service is as there is simply nothing else like it in Philadelphia. “I had it home delivered, this is the first time I order from there. Delivery was fast and delivered hot, I order the chicken ranchero pizza, it's was very good, only thing It could of used is a little bit more tomatoes but other then that I highly recommend trying it. I'll definitely be ordering other pizza types and I have to check there other foods and sandwiches.“

“Really liked the food here. The hot chicken had a nice crispy coating and good flavor, with just enough heat from the seasoning. The gyro was good too. The meat was tender, the toppings were fresh, and the sauce wasn't too heavy.

The portions were pretty generous, and everything came out fresh. The place was busy when I went, but the staff were friendly and I didn't have to wait too long for my order.

“Every time I come here, the food and service are incredible. Everyone who works here is so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and all of the food options. And the food itself is SOOOO tasty and delicious. Everything I’ve tried has been 10/10. I strongly recommend coming here! My personal favorite is the Arabic salad with chicken shawarma (pictured below). The ingredients are all fresh and the chicken is so juicy and tender while packed with flavor. And the prices are unbeatable. There’s so many options in this general area for halal food, but this is my all time favorite.“

“The cart is so clean, it looks spotless. The two young gentlemen running the business were very friendly. The food tastes really good. We ordered lamb on rice, kebab on rice and samosas. They all taste great. I would have asked for a smaller portion if I knew it was so huge! It can be lunch and dinner for me. For my son, the big portion is a plus on top of the great taste.“

“Where can you find a good quality tasty and satisfying lunch that's for less than $10 in town? Penn Halal food truck on 40th and Locust that's where! I didn't even have to ask for hot sauce because it's offered on most platters along with white sauce. (Definitely choose both. )There's plenty of seating on nearby benches and the campus grass too. If the weather is nice it's all the atmosphere you need!“

“Very good beef shawarma and hummus. Hot sauce was more like a salsa and was a nice treat. Love the melt-in-your-mouth bread which I've never had before; so good I ate it by itself in about 10 seconds. Things that could use improvement are the salad which was a little too tart and the baba ganoush which had some hard pieces. Overall a good experience.“

“The pilaf is dry, the rice is always undercooked, and the pilaf itself is tasteless, lacking the wonderful, rich flavor that this delicious dish should have.
I recommend adding more salt when preparing the zirvak* adding more carrots (there clearly aren't enough in the dish), and steaming the rice until fully cooked. Currently, it seems the rice is undercooked by about 20%.

Update: The pilaf is much better now. I recommend it 👍“

“This review is about the second Khan truck that serves smash burgers, fries. The truck is right next to the OG Khan's Halal food truck.

The burger, fries, their secret sauce ... everything was delicious. Burger had pickles and caramelized onions. Bun was soft and smashed patty was juicy. Not at all dry. And it had a slice of cheese. Cost under $10.

The Pakistani guy who was making the burger was well mannered and spoke English very well. I highly recommend this truck.“

“I visited the truck during my lunch break to pick up lunch for me and my mother. We both got the chicken over rice with the salad. The man in the truck was very nice and personable. The person in front of me ordered six plates, and he served them promptly. When it was my turn order, he greeted me warmly and served the food fairly quickly. The food is delicious and the portions are great, the meal comes with a drink as well. it's a plentiful serving because I only ate half for dinner and had the other half the next day for lunch and it was just as delicious. I think overall, you can't beat the delectable taste with the price. 10/10“

“Went to Khusbu today and got the Kala Bhuna along with Beef Tehari. The food me reminded of my mom's cooking back home in Bangladesh. It's pretty rare that you get to see Bengali food sold anywhere. I decided to come where with my friend the moment I saw the items. The owner was really good and personable he gave us Malai Tea on the house for us. I recommend you to come here for a taste of Bengali food along with Indian food if that's what you prefer.“

“People complain about how it gets busy but it’s very popular so the food is worth the wait…my wife and sister and I ordered three plates of food and two drinks I thought it was 35 but total was 27.75.. great food and just pack your patience because it’s worth it“

“Simply incredible. As I indulged in my dinner each bite exploded with flavor. Although I did not want to share, I gave a bit to my friends and they offered me money for additional bites. Declining, I disregarded my surroundings and shoveled more food in my mouth. Chicken and fries falling out of my mouth; I was nonverbal. The sauce dripped down my cheeks, it felt like heaven splurging on my face. When I reflect upon this endeavor, feelings of joy, appreciation and love cascade within me.“
