“We were in town last night for a sports tournament and stumbled upon the Firkin Tavern. With four kids and four adults, we weren’t sure what to expect, especially since the tavern was pretty busy with only one server. At first, we were a little concerned it might be overwhelming, but Mike, our waiter, quickly proved us wrong. He was absolutely amazing! Despite the crowd, he handled everything seamlessly and was extremely attentive. The food also exceeded our expectations, it wasn’t just typical bar food.. everything was delicious and really impressed us. If we’re ever in the area again for a tournament, we’ll definitely be back!“

“1000/5 stars ⭐️ from when it was originally the red raven to now the raven. Looks and feels like a comfortable place to rewind and enjoy. Girls were nice too shoutout to Lucy peaches mocha and Shoutout to my girl KitKat⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She automatically gifted the raven a 5/5 review through not only my eyes but through my boys too. She bought us rounds gave me a balloon from opening weekend (Saturday, February 4th 2023). She partied with us made sure we were doing fine but the thing that made me feel welcomed the most was word for word she said “I’m making it my job to make sure that you guys have fun and enjoy yourselves tonight.” We were only going to stay an hour or two because of her we stayed till closing. So much love to KitKat from Mike, Matt, and yours truly Nick. The Raven is truly a legend in the making.“

“The bar tender was super involved with his customers and you can tell he cares. I forgot his name but I have never had a bar tender ask me if I wanted a cup of water until 2 days. The locals that come in are very relaxed and Nice to talk to. Drink prices are very fairly priced. They have one pool table and a small Foosball table. The one thing that could make this bar shine is if it had food to serve. Besides that I loved it. Must go to“

Stumbled across this place online and stopped by while I was in the area. An awesome, genuine pub.

The bartender Jude was nice and made me feel at home.
Poured a great pint (and halfie) as well and got chatting with the owner as well.

Incredible whiskey selection which I'll have to delve into next time I go.

“I have been coming to this restaurant for 30 years and I have never had a bad experience. I moved out of the area a couple of decades ago but every time I am in the area I make sure to stop and grab a meal here. Everything is delicious but I would recommend the quiche and/or one of their Caesars.“

“First time stopping in here and the service was outstanding. Our waitress was attentive and accommodating. The sandwiches are huge and flavorful. And the fries are cooked to perfection. The bathrooms were clean and overall, just a friendly environment. The perfect pairing would be horseradish for the roast beef and having cooper sharp as an option.“

“Sending out a big thank you to Wilson’s pub. It was my sisters 60th birthday party we were supposed to celebrate at another bar who promised to reserve tables to accommodate her family and friends 30 of us . When we arrived, they told us that they could not reserve all of the tables that they said earlier they would.. no apology no nothing. Needless to say we left that bar flooded Wilson’s with approximately 25 people. They gave us the whole side room. Drinks were great. We ordered food and I believe the cook brought it right out to us his self.. great bartenders great food ….they could not have been nicer or more accommodating would definitely recommend Wilson’s to anyone“

“My family and I took a small vacation to North Dakota. On the way back home we came through South Dakota and we were hungry and needed gas. We pulled into Mr Mikey and Mrs Brenda's small town of 250 people. Meeting these two amazing people was a blessing. The food, the conversations, the environment was amazing!!! Two amazing people with the biggest hearts!!!“

“Under new management but still welcoming! My family has been patronizing Kasdon’s since 1972. We have never been disappointed w/ the menu, staff or atmosphere. [Love the staff] It’s still our go to place when we’re looking for a comfortable place for a bite or takeout. [Try the pizza] Even though it is under new management it still has maintained that atmosphere that makes you feel welcome anytime you walk in.“
