Dunkin' Donuts in York

“I usually never write reviews but I really have to shout out this Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve gone to every Dunkin in York PA and this is the ONLY one that I can go to and order the same thing and EVERY TIME it taste amazing. It’s the consistency for me, you guys do a great job and thank you for always making me happy when I leave the drive-thru!“

“Got on here to specifically give props to Adeline, for the past couple of years I come to this location and Adeline without question gives the best customer service of any dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. There's never once been a mistake with any order and everything always comes out quickly. And being an exhausted mom of a 1-year-old and a 3 year old I feel special and at home when she calls me Mama and Sweetheart 😊“

“I never have a problem at this duncan. And they have the best cups for sale at the window. They never put too much ice they never mess up my drink I am patient because I know it takes time to make people's drinks so yes sometimes the line is long. It is worth it because a bunch of other Dunkin Donuts in York are run in a different way and they make you drinks with not enough syrup and they put so much ice you're getting ripped off or they don't have napkins or they've been out of a product for weeks but this Duncan is the best Duncan ever“

“This Dunkin is a great place to stop! Not only is the location convenient, the ownership there is very nice to deal with. I had a coupon for a free offer but neglected to order it prior to getting to the window but they still honored the coupon for me :). They didn’t have to do that but it was very kind of them to do so !“

“We stopped here in desperate need of coffees and a dessert to bring to a family get together. They have a baskin robbins there so they have on the go ice cream cakes including something called a ice cream pizza.
Unfortunately please be aware there are a few self centered customers who wont let you access any sugar/ creamer.“

“I’m only leaving this review because I happened to see some really nasty reviews that seemed unwarranted if my experience was anything to go by. I have only one trip there to go by as I happened by on an early morning trip that took me by. The young lady who waited on me was as personable as could be, the coffee was hot, the donuts seemed amply stocked and the place seemed bright and clean. Wonder how much of these really horrible reviews are just people who bring negative energy with them regardless of where they go“

“This Dunkin is awesome and compared to others in the area, it's the best in my book. Store is clean, friendly staff, my drink is (almost) always made correctly But I understand mistakes happen, and the staff here are quick to correct it. These people wake up at 3:30am to deal with people who haven't been caffinated yet. BE KIND!Only complaint I have is that donut delivery is often late and causes issues with mobile orders!“
