Dunkin' Donuts in York

“This Dunkin is a great place to stop! Not only is the location convenient, the ownership there is very nice to deal with. I had a coupon for a free offer but neglected to order it prior to getting to the window but they still honored the coupon for me :). They didn’t have to do that but it was very kind of them to do so !“

“I usually never write reviews but I really have to shout out this Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve gone to every Dunkin in York PA and this is the ONLY one that I can go to and order the same thing and EVERY TIME it taste amazing. It’s the consistency for me, you guys do a great job and thank you for always making me happy when I leave the drive-thru!“

“My rating is five stars because I always receive great service when I come here as a customer. However, one of the main reasons why I am rating in a general stance is because an employee went above and beyond for me one day, her name is Kylie. I am pregnant and I need decaf coffee, So I cannot have caffeine coffee however I forgot and it was my fault that I didn’t say decaf when I ordered it. Kylie still reassured me that she’ll make a fresh drink for me and she’ll make sure that it’s decaf and remember me as a customer the next time I come in since I am forgetful. She doesn’t have to do that but she did out of the kindness of her heart and her professionalism. Kylie deserves a raise!!“

“Drinks were made perfectly I was impressed compared to other Dunkin' locations. Employees were super nice and despite being slammed with customers the worker ran to help me open the door because my hands were full of drinks. Despite being a smaller location the place was clean and well designed.“

“This Dunkin is awesome and compared to others in the area, it's the best in my book. Store is clean, friendly staff, my drink is (almost) always made correctly But I understand mistakes happen, and the staff here are quick to correct it. These people wake up at 3:30am to deal with people who haven't been caffinated yet. BE KIND!Only complaint I have is that donut delivery is often late and causes issues with mobile orders!“
