“Rize cafe has become my favorite place to get coffee. It has made me an absolute coffee snob. If I get coffee from somewhere else, I always wish I got it from Rize. They are so kind over there and take such care of your order. They decorate the place so cute for the holidays and it always brings a smile to my face. I love that the drinks taste like coffee and not just sugar water. I feel like some places lose the coffee flavor once the syrups and things are added but there is still a coffee taste present as well as the flavors they add. It is so so good!! Also there is so much consistency with the drinks which is hard to find“

“Fantastic small cafe with a warm atmosphere. Breakfast sandwich is consistently great. Haven’t had a bad pastry once and we’ve been here 20+ times. They rotate pastry styles and flavors. All staff are friendly. They also host weekend events in the warmer months.“

“I started as a frequent customer of Floral and hardy and been a customer since blossom started a few years ago. I feel so lucky to work close by, Flowers and Lattes! It doesn’t get much better then that! I saw Michelle the owner and explained to her that my daughter has been going through cancer treatments and I have been too crazy to make it in the mornings lately. “I did not catch the name of the man handling the drive-through area of the Starbucks. However, he was very patient and understanding, even explaining what was in some of the coffee drinks. When we pulled up to the window to pick up our beverages, he was especially pleasant with a big smile and very helpful. Excellent customer service from this gentleman.“

“Its a gas station. Dunkin Donuts. What do you expect?Its hit or miss. But I have to say the one bearded younger man who works there has always been more than professional even friendly with me. “This Starbucks location is just down the street from where I live, and back in June 2025 I stopped by the drive-thru for a coffee on a day when I was really struggling. I was having a horrible day and truly just going through it when I met Bobby at the window. From the moment he spoke, his incredibly kind words immediately lifted my spirits. I can’t fully describe it, but he genuinely changed my day for the better—even if it was only for a few moments. It was a powerful reminder that you never really know what someone is going through, and that simple kindness can truly mean everything.

Since that day, I’ve been back to this Starbucks many times and have looked for him every visit. It wasn’t until today (December!) that I finally saw him again. I recognized him instantly—before even seeing his face. These are the kinds of employees every business needs. Bobby makes the experience better overall, even when it’s “just” a cup of coffee, and I felt it was important to highlight that.

“Just made my first fresh ground cup of Amaretto Coffee. It is a little taste of heaven on earth! Their holiday blends are to die for! Well, not literally. They are awesome, though!“

“Coffee is almost always made right, food will come out hot, but please do not get donuts. I stopped inside, which I rarely do but the drive through line was onto the street, and the donuts are completely uncovered, there were several flies landing on all the donuts. I understand having a drive through, and not all of that is preventable, but a covered/sliding glass door for food that's sitting out isn't unreasonable. I'm sure it's not just this Dunkin either.“
