I generally stop by with my son so I can pick up some coffee which is always on point. Today I ordered their grilled cheese and tomato soup, and their bbq flat bread to go . Definitely recommend! Tomato soup is nice and creamy , came super hot, which I love! Grilled cheese was a for my son , didnt last too long before he devoured it, it was super cheesy which was his favorite part. The flat bread had a nice serving of the bbq pulled pork on top, my daughter is currently enjoying some pieces of the pork. The pork is very tender and has great flavor to it :) bbq sauce isn’t overwhelming and compliments the pork nicely, as does the marinated red onions. Thanks as always for providing fantastic service, and delicious food!!“

“I've been to Italy multiple times and this is the closest to authentic Gelato that I have had in the area. Besides the gelato being fantastic, they also have great customer service. I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and it was accidentally sent to their West Chester location. It was an honest mistake that was remedied personally by their owner, Vincenzo. It was a Sunday evening and he left his house right away to deliver the cake personally. I was very impressed by his initiative and willingness to make sure my wife's birthday celebration went off without a hitch. Also, the cake was delicious!“

I had this complaint since 1985! Kandel, Fenine, had one & I complained to Daniella. But she said, "IT IS MY RULE. I ALLOW IT." Well then, I think those managers are STUPID for allowing noserings/face piercings! Sorry!!

I am right in a way! Nobody agrees with me though, except maybe some people.

I would suggest to tell ALL employees to remove piercings at work.

I’m giving them 5 stars though because I called and complained to corporate about my experience of being locked out of this store at 830 in the morning, with no sign up and then being hung up on my the employee. I get a call within mins from the owner. Who tells me that he’s out of town, but not only will this not happen again but to save his personal number to my phone so that if something like this does happens again to call him directly so he can handle the situation right away. He was also calling his employees after being off the phone with me to directly handle the situation. I’ve had bad experiences from businesses before. I mean who hasn’t? But I have never had a store owner correct the situation as well as this store owner did. I will definitely be coming back to this Dunkin! Oh and the coffee is great too! Especially the iced caramel swirl :).“

The coffee tastes great, the iced coffee is my favorite, and plenty of food options for all dietary requirements (which I really appreciated!)
