“Stopped by O'Shea's for a lunchy dinner. I ordered fish tacos and my wife ordered bangers and mashed with a side of fries and gravy. We were just getting ready to leave PEI and this meal sent us on the road with a yummy meal in our bellies and it didn't break the bank. Very friendly people. We will definitely be back when in the area again. 👍😁”

“I truly believe you can’t find better on Prince Edward Island. It’s always a pleasure to visit Knead a Brake. I’m French, and I often miss pain au chocolat and croissants, but thanks to this bakery, that craving is completely satisfied! Everything is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend stopping by and treating yourself. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and of course, Raphaël is a wonderful person!”

“The waitress (Ella I think) was great and friendly, and the burger love burger was delicious; but the food service was very slow. We came in before the lunch rush at 11:40. It took 45 mins to get our burgers and others who sat down after we ordered got their food first. I also sent a private message first and it was not replied to. Please improve, and give that waitress a raise.⭐️⭐️”

“Stopped by at Carr's Stanley Bridge on Saturday afternoon and the deck overlooking the harbour was worth the wait for a table. The chowder had real chunks of scallop and mussel in it, not the usual watered down version you get at tourist spots. Service was quick and friendly even though the place was packed with the lunch crowd, and our server actually knew which boats the oysters came in on that morning. Parking lot fills up fast by 1pm so get there early if you want a spot close to the entrance.”

“We stopped here to purchase direct from brewer and have a quick lunch. I should have sat indoors where I believe service and attention to customers is a focus.

The outside patio is designed for customers to seat themselves, go inside to get a menu, order food, get your own drinks, cutlery and napkins. They do bring out the food and clean the table when done.

I went inside to purchase some merchandise and was hepled by friendly staff.

When visiting this border location be aware of how their patio works. This is not a negative post, just informative.”

“My friend can not eat gluten and the second we mentioned her gluten sensitivity, the lovely lady washed her hands, put on fresh gloves and cleaned down the counters. Previous subways we have gone to have never been this accommodating. The salad she made for her was delicious!”

“Kim and her team hosted my aunt’s funeral reception for 50 guests in the dining room area. Offered a nice variety of fresh sandwiches, HOMEMADE sweets, including fudge, vegetable trays, tea and coffee for a very reasonable cost. The egg salad sandwiches were made with house made mayonnaise and were delicious. Kim was excellent to work with from the very first phone call. Flexible, kind, calm, and very accommodating as our guest numbers were higher than anticipated. Prepared and offered additional food as needed. I highly recommend this venue for a reception of 50 or fewer. Thank you Kim and Rob!”
