“Stopped by O'Shea's for a lunchy dinner. I ordered fish tacos and my wife ordered bangers and mashed with a side of fries and gravy. We were just getting ready to leave PEI and this meal sent us on the road with a yummy meal in our bellies and it didn't break the bank. Very friendly people. I’m French, and I often miss pain au chocolat and croissants, but thanks to this bakery, that craving is completely satisfied! Everything is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend stopping by and treating yourself. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and of course, Raphaël is a wonderful person!”

“I was in PEI before the season kick in, but it was my lucky day since they managed to go the extra mile and serve me some beautiful, fresh oysters, that I couldn't stop eating. You only need a couple of lemon drops on those delicious oysters to taste the freshness of the ocean, this is how I can describe the taste. The boutique also has a nice variety of local arts. We recommend!!”

It took 45 mins to get our burgers and others who sat down after we ordered got their food first. I also sent a private message first and it was not replied to. “After barely surviving the haunted mansion down the road, I stumbled into this Subway like a weary traveler seeking refuge—and let me tell you, it delivered salvation in the form of toasted bread and fresh veggies.

The staff? Legends. Friendly, fast, and somehow unfazed by the ghostly chaos that apparently lurks nearby. One of them even joked, “We haven’t had a haunted footlong yet,” which made me laugh harder than I expected after my traumatic morning.

The ingredients were crisp, the bread was warm, and the cookie? Divine. I got the classic Italian BMT and it tasted like hope. Clean tables, spotless counters, and a soda machine that actually worked—this place is a beacon of order in a town that clearly has supernatural issues.

Bonus points for the vibe: cozy, calm, and not haunted. I sat by the window, watched the world go by, and felt my soul slowly return to my body.

If you’re in Kensington and need a break from cursed mansions and mosquito battalions, this Subway is your safe zone. Five stars, no hesitation.”

“Kim and her team hosted my aunt’s funeral reception for 50 guests in the dining room area. Offered a nice variety of fresh sandwiches, HOMEMADE sweets, including fudge, vegetable trays, tea and coffee for a very reasonable cost. The egg salad sandwiches were made with house made mayonnaise and were delicious. Kim was excellent to work with from the very first phone call. Flexible, kind, calm, and very accommodating as our guest numbers were higher than anticipated. Prepared and offered additional food as needed. I highly recommend this venue for a reception of 50 or fewer. Thank you Kim and Rob!”
