“I was at Pimenta Rosa twice about ten days ago, and all I can say is that it is a lovely, fantastic and cozy place! They serve homemade, healthy, tasty food, in very generous quantities. The options are varied and, taking into consideration the quality and quantity of what you get served, they have absolutely decent and (more than) fair prices. When I got there the first time, and although they were about to finish cleaning up, the lovely lady running the place was kind enough to offer me some options after checking what was left and still warm in their kitchen (delicious feijoada, by the way!). The second time I went (what a nice soup, what a great quiche!), all the staff was very efficient and friendly despite the busy time they were going through. If I am ever back to Porto, I will certainly stop there again. Actually, I did not have time to try one of those very-good-looking cakes... :)“

“We had breakfast and they treated us very well. When you go with small children, it is appreciated that they are understanding because they are restless. Not only that, the girl was aware of what they needed at all times. Service of 10 and breakfasts too. Thank you!!“

“A sweet shop where you can try a wide variety of typical sweets from the area. There is also another type of savory pastry. The employees are very friendly, and the prices are very affordable. The decoration of the place is very careful, as if you had traveled to 100 years ago. For breakfast I recommend going early, because after 9:30 a.m. it gets crowded.“
“The 4 stars are exclusively for the manager and the place itself, which are both very excellent. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that Portuguese employees look very badly at customers, even worse if it's someone from another ethnic group. I was very well attended to by a Cape Verdean employee, 10 points for her. Zero rating for Portuguese employees, as I think they should be the ones representing our nationality“

“Well decorated cafe, with good products.
It feels good to be inside and the terrace is covered, great for rainy days. The service is very friendly.
The only negative point is that it is sometimes very crowded and it is difficult to move the chairs.“

“A place of relaxation far from the crowds where the welcome is family and typical Portuguese, just like the menu offered, for this evening it was Francesinhas and homemade dessert pudim and bolo de Lima...a treat.
Place to discover absolutely!!
Equipped and fully equipped parabens!?“
“Incredible experience. Atmosphere -perfect! Dined at Suba for Christmas with our two boys (18 & 24). Enjoyed a cocktail before dinner on rooftop bar, intimate and best view of city. For dinner we Enjoyed The Path tasting menu which was creative and delicious. Entire staff was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. A meal we will never forget. A must if you are in Lisbon.“

“Perfect for a coffee break while waiting for the train. It has a very pleasant atmosphere, with architecture consistent with Porto's traditional climate, yet with modernity and adaptability to new times.
In gastronomic terms, it is very similar to Starbucks in terms of menu and price, with several cold drinks and cappuccinos of different flavors.
My only criticism is regarding the service, which despite the friendly staff, the food comes on trays and you have to pick it up at the counter, there is no table service. I think that for such an emblematic and unremarkable cafe, the service has to be excellent, which it is not.
Overall, it's worth the visit but it doesn't have the grandeur that at least I thought it had.“

“We arrived there and ordered food. Only then did I read the reviews. I was quite stressed thinking we would be ripped off.. but it wasn t the case at all. 3 main course, 2 desserts and beverages for 50€. Sure, it s maybe on the higher end of what one could expect, but it s also in a very central place. The waitresses were really friendly, food arrived quickly. Nothing to complain about“

“We felt as if time had stopped in the positive sense of this statement. A kiosk selling newspapers, a painting on tiles above the bar, nice waiters in white shirts with bow ties... such Porto from the 1970s. Tasty food, delicious desserts. We will definitely come back!“

“It deceives on the outside but it is the best restaurant I have been to in Porto, I recommend ? the francesina, the cod and the lasagna are all three delicious, the only bad thing is that they do not turn on the air in the middle of July and the bathrooms were not in their Better condition but otherwise perfect, super nice staff.“

“The food was great, it was not recommended to us by a tourist guide that we did and the truth is that we were surprised by the flavor, the quantity, very delicious, very delicious and I really recommend it, you can go calmly, it is a super nice restaurant, apart from being beautiful, it is very good, especially the flavor, quantity and price we spent 24 euros on three dishes including two glasses of wine“
