“We used viamichelin website for a restaurant in Porto and found Apego.It was a good decision to go here, we enjoyed it very much. We took the 5 course tasting menu with pairing wines. Each course we found very tasteful, with the pairing wine further elevating the flavors. To us the key world was balance. Each course fitted nicely with the predecessing course. We booked a meal at Flow for the last night of our holiday in Porto and it was excellent!

It is a beautiful restaurant hidden away off one of the cobbled streets. A lovely interior theme to it and great ambiance.

The food was delightful, we had starters, main and deserts and all were delicious. Standouts on my meal were the chestnut fondant served with the pork and the peanut and salted caramel cheesecake!

They had many staff on, who were all attentive and we were mainly served by Rodrigo who was very jovial and friendly!“

“Only getting around to writing this review now but would highly recommend this hotel. My husband & I stayed a the grand for 4 nights over Easter & it was just great. The hotel is very grand, spotless clean,central & the staff are all so lovely. The breakfast had a good choice & we had booked a suite which was so worth it as we never heard a sound & we slept well. The rooftop terrace was getting renovated when we were there so we didn’t get to see it but there is plenty of lovely areas to sit & enjoy a drink in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if back in Porto.“
