“This was our first time in Portugal and after traveling around for a week (Lissabon, Sintra, Lagos, Portimao) we found that this place actually offers the best culinary experience among all the other 4.5+ star restaurants we've been to! No matter what you order is going to be worth the money and you'll quickly fall in love with the way this family run restaurant creates these fantastic meals! Definitely among our favorites are the Ox-Tail as well as their signature Octopus and the Fish and Prawn Soup which was a special of the day! The service is super friendly and I would get anything they recommend. If that won't do it for you, the basil cream with the freshest strawberries surely will as they have been something I have never tasted before in my life and I sure won't forget anytime soon! We came here twice in 6 days and regretted not coming more often!“

“Best fried choco! I've eaten in other places and I always think the same: Ant's is better! The sangrias are also great, the guilloche prawns with toasted bread and butter.... speechless.... and don't forget the desserts, which are not far behind. In fact, everything I've ever eaten here is 5/5.“

“Today I went to get chicken from the restaurant and fresh cheeses, and even though I've eaten a lot of chicken from other places, this was the best chicken I've ever eaten, very tasty, I could eat and cry for more. As I didn't want to eat it, I decided to go and get it, even though I didn't place an order, they (employees) did it with all the love and care. “Rodinhas, very well known and highly regarded in Sesimbra, should pay more attention to some important details. Although the food is generally good, the patties served as a starter should have been better fried. The Sangria that they call real should never be served with canned fruit and should include a mint leaf and a cinnamon stick. “The restaurant is located on a narrow cozy street in the center of the city. The food is so delicious. The grilled fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The filling in the crab was absolutely amazing. The white sangria was very good, it's made with good quality white wine and overall it was a great drink. The oysters were not opened clean, but it didn't spoil the lunch at all. The service was on point.“

“The best of SESIMBRA. This dam was a success; Wandering through the streets of the place and already hungry, we found this restaurant with a very inviting terrace and we stopped to have a beer. “The chicken is as good as all the reviews say! It’s a small chicken, like a poussin, so a whole chicken is manageable for a very hungry person and only €9. Extremely juicy, seasoned beautifully, and served with homemade piri piri sauce! Authentic and nothing like Nando’s! ? The fries are great and the tomato rice is a very unique and delicious side dish. We highly recommend it. The grilled cuttlefish was tasty and served with a nice sauce, but it was a tiny bit chewy. Should have gone with the waitresses recommendation of the black scabbard fish!“
