“I’ve never had the pleasure of walking into this Tim Hortons before this week — I’m usually a drive-through person. But Wednesday evening around 6 p.m., the team completely blew me and my wife’s socks off! They were so hospitable — it felt like walking into a room full of friends. The front-of-house staff and even the kitchen team made sure we had the best service. They made great suggestions, chatted with us, and even convinced us to try new things we ended up loving. “younger staff is way friendlier!!! Haitian tall men and the other haitian girl were too nice. i ordered on the tims app.. and turns out it’s at the wrong location (there’s another tims not too far) the app choose the closest one for me, although it wasn’t the location i wanted. the guy let me choose my donuts and the girl took care of my order and called the other tim’s. their service is 5 star.-1 star because one older women wasn’t very nice…“
