“Well this was a fantastic surprise! While in the West Island, we intended to stop at Toasties for lunch then noticed Dagwoods right beside our location.

It had been a long time since I tried Dagwoods in general and never thought much of it.

This specific visit though surpassed all my expectations, not only with the food but with the friendly staff there today.

We had the spicy Italian sub and the beef one. Really fresh and tasty and plenty enough to satisfy our taste buds, at an affordable price which is something a lot of similar restaurants cannot provide.

Never thought I’d make a review like this for Dagwoods, but thanks to this place and staff for largely exceeding my expectations!“

“We are big Dagwoods fans and this one in beaconsfield is the best. Would take off one star cause the wait is sometimes long...The staff is courteous and we sometimes spot the owner making sure everything is ok.The location is ok but would be better right next to the McDonald's.They make a good sandwich here at Dagwoods beaconsfield, unlike the one on des Sources which is not good at all majorly because of the poor attitude owner.If you're on the west island and not sure what to eat, come to Dagwoods beaconsfield, it's the best of the Dagwoods in the west island. “We recently started coming back to Subway again and this location left a great impression. It’s a model of a location being run the right way. The owner actively works his franchise and does a fantastic job. He oversees his team and coaches them to help ensure a great and consistent customer experience. He is not only giving his employees a job, but seems to truly care and is giving his staff life skills which is more of what a “boss” should do, kudos to you. Drop by to see what I mean. “Food was great. Service was amazing. The staff went beyond with the little one I had brought with me. It was the first time the little one placed an order and they made it very pleasant and easy for him to understand. At the end they even told him he could have 2 different cookies with his combo. Mind blown ?. Didn't know that was a thing ?. I always struggle choosing my cookie... When the whole time I could've chosen 2 different ones. Atmosphere was great not too loud, clean. Their music wasn't too loud that we could have a conversation but loud enough so you can hear it and the words to the songs if that's your thing ?.

Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian option. Have had it in the past and it's delish. Saw an advertisement in the store that either they revamped their vegetarian option or, made a new one. Will def have to try it another time. This time I felt like having meat ?.

Kid-friendliness: Very. Helped child to place his order and said can have 2 different kinds of cookies.

Parking: It is kind of small and shared with the barber shop nextdoor. However, since it's opening over a decade ago there has never been any parking issues when I have been there.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options. Also since you make it as you want it, you choose what suits your dietary restrictions.“

“I would like to sincerely thank Neil for my amazing experience at Subway. Im tech challenged and he helped me to complete the promo on the app, and was incredibly kind and respectful. He waited patiently for me when making the order and was super polite and so easy to talk to. Was so easy going and fast at his job. My food was fresh and made so nicely. I dont know who the Manager and/or Owner is, but i hope they read this review and promote this young man. He truly deserves it, he cares about his work and he knows what customer service is.
