“Bistro Nordik was such a treat during our holiday stay at Mont-Sainte-Anne.

My first piece of advice: make a reservation. Even with one, we still waited about 15 minutes for our table, which shows just how popular this place is during the holiday season.

It also helps to have someone in your group who speaks French. Thankfully, my son was able to help us out. Everyone was friendly, and it was lovely to see how much they appreciated being spoken to in French.

For dinner, we ordered the calamari, beef tartare, a bottle of Sangiovese, steaks, salmon, several desserts, and cappuccinos. Every single dish was delicious. Honestly, not a single complaint from anyone at the table. Everything was well prepared, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for after a day on the slopes.

The service was warm and attentive, the atmosphere was cozy, and having a restaurant of this quality right at the resort was a huge bonus.

A wonderful dining experience and one of the highlights of our stay. We would absolutely return on our next visit.“
