“Like usual, my girlfriend always takes chocolate ice cream, but when we go to a Chocolat Favoris, she takes it in a cup because it's too liquid. Chocolate coatings are always thick and hard to break, and that's what makes their mark. I saw the new Dubai cone in the store, so I decided to try it. It felt like it was missing something. It was when I got back home and saw the post from Chocolate Favoris that I realized that I didn't have any chocolate added on top of the strawberries, and that is why I think mine was tasting a bit off. But usually the ice cream is always good.“

“I ordered the puffy waffle Délice Oreo and my boyfriend ordered the nutella banana with chocolate ice cream and they were soo good!! The waffle was my favorite part, so puffy, soft, and perfectly made. The flavors were rich without being too heavy, and everything paired so well. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re craving a fun dessert!“

“I’ve passed by this little ice cream shop so many times but there’s always a huge line, finally got to try it! I ordered chocolate with amaretto and vanilla with raspberry, and both were super creamy and tasted homemade. Not overly sweet, just the way I like it!
My partner got the vanilla milkshake and loved it too. Highly recommend!“

“Don't be fooled by the gaudy colors and neon, there is excellent ice cream in this little shop. The flavor combinations are excellent, and just as importantly the texture is spot on. I had some horrific vegan ice cream earlier in the day (which I literally threw away!) and was quite wary of Meu Meu, but it was delicious. I appreciate being able to sample the flavors first as well.“

“La Dolce Vita Gelato in Montreal was definitely worth the visit! I tried a few flavors and couldn’t choose just one, so I went with the dark chocolate vegan and chocolate hazelnut. Both were absolutely delicious! There’s such a huge variety of flavors to choose from, it’s hard to pick just one.
The vibe of the place is lovely, and the lady at the counter was super sweet and helpful in guiding me to choose the perfect flavors. I wish I had more time to try even more of their unique options. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area!“

“The location is set in one of my favorite parts of downtown, and Chocolat Favoris is a go-to spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. Their signature chocolate-dipped soft serve ice cream, paired with a candy-factory vibe, makes the experience fun and indulgent. Personally, I always stick to the “baby” or mini sizes since the ice creams are incredibly rich. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a sweet treat either before or after catching a show at Place des Arts. This spot gets popular fast, so don’t be surprised if there’s a lineup—especially with tourists in the summer. When that happens, the staff can seem a bit overwhelmed.“

“Super cute place! Really nice and polite employees, even though they always seem to have a loooong queue of people waiting! And it's absolutely worth the wait (which isn't too long!). Their soft serve ice cream comes with lots of different toppings and glazes! I got the red velvet one and it was yummy! There's not really anywhere to sit indoors so most people hang out in the parking lot area outside the shop. Overall great place and tasty ice cream - definitely recommend!“

“I have just been to Galeries d’anjou’s Mr.Puffs and I can honestly say that it’s one of the cleanest and quickest bakery/pastry’s restaurants I’ve been to. The staff is great and welcoming. Definitely recommend trying this place. A+“

“Kid-friendliness: Nous adorons chaque lundi aller déguster un mini cornet et le diversifier à chaque visite. On adore surtout celui avec la garniture fraise à la crème!! Les garniture sont goûteuses et nous sommes servis par la propriétaire toujours avec courtoisie. L’essayer c’est l’adopter!!“

“Mr. Puff was a delicious surprise in the middle of old town after a long walk during the hot summer weather. We ordered baghlava coupe and baghlava tornado. The difference is that the baghlava mix is inside the tornado, while they put the mix on top of the coupe. Both are delightfully delicious.
They also have indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is also pleasantly air conditioned.
I highly recommend this little gem.“

“This was definitely one of the top places I got to visit during my short Montreal work trip.
I almost just went to Tsujiri a block away because of the brand/ name recognition and it’s closer to the hotel I was staying at, but I’m sooooo glad I gave this place a chance/try 🤩💛
Both of the days I came (yes, it was so good I had to return the next day lol) it was filled with people both dining in and grabbing things to go. The oat matcha latte I got was whisked to perfection (I wonder if it was the owner at the bar), and you could tell that the matcha was made with such care, precision, and craft 💚 The matcha scone that I got, however, kind of stole the show for me, lol. It had a perfect caramelized crunchy exterior, while the inside was moist, matcha forward, aromatic, and baked to perfection. I had to physically stop myself from not devouring the whole thing in one go, and I was sad that I wasn’t able to get the scone again the next day 😮💨
A (hopefully not so) hidden gem in the neighborhood, and I can’t wait for my inevitable return to try more things in the future!“

“We were checking out this spot and the one next door, but Pedro’s friendly vibe won us over right away. The portions were super generous — we had tiramisu, Ferrero, and a cone of pistachio. Perfect amount of sweetness and really good texture. Cool little spot in the Old Port — definitely worth the stop. Chez Psycho delivers.“

“Was really surprised by quality of the shop when I went in there for a cone.
The employees were very nice and patient when I was indecisive about what I wanted. They had a lot of different flavors and cones to choose from, and the price was actually quite reasonable compared to other places. I ended up getting their Lemon Sorbet.
The lobby was quaint and visibly diligently cleaned often. The size of the place wasn't an issue, especially since most customers buy ice cream to-go instead of eating it inside at the tables.
10/10 recommend if you're looking for a nice place to take a break at during a hot summer day.“
