But the taste is light and aromatic, with a slight bitterness offset wonderfully by a discreet sweetness. “🌟 Une expérience brunch exquise au Marcus – Four Seasons Montréal 🌟 J’ai eu le plaisir de savourer le brunch du dimanche au Marcus, et je tiens à exprimer toute ma gratitude pour cette expérience remarquable. Installée au comptoir, j’ai pu observer en direct le ballet parfaitement orchestré de la cuisine, dirigé avec maîtrise par la sous-chef Cannelle. La rigueur, l’organisation et la synchronisation de l’équipe étaient impressionnantes. C’était un véritable spectacle culinaire, captivant à regarder. J’ai choisi la formule brunch complète, et chaque service a été un ravissement : 🍊 Le jus d’orange, très frais et juteux, donnait le ton. 🥯 L’assiette de bagel au saumon fumé, accompagnée d’une salade fraîche, était délicieuse. 🥑 Le toast à l’avocat, tomate et feta était savoureux, parfaitement assaisonné. 🍰 Et pour conclure, la brioche à la cannelle en dessert était absolument succulente. “Some really tasty good here. The burger I had was fantastic, and although I would've rathered it was cooked to medium-rare the flavour and juciness were incredible. The fries were very moreish too. The beers were decent, but really come here for the food.“

If you've ever enjoyed a beer in your life, there's definitely something to suit your tastes here, whatever they may be.“

We visited twice for dinner while staying at the hotel. Some nights it was easier than going back out into the cold.

The staff were amazing. Despite being overwhelmed by the large number of customers each night, they maintained a positive attitude, were friendly hosts, and did their best. The food was also very nice and reasonably priced.

The first night we went the bartender, dining room server, and manager worked hard to make everyone welcome. Things took a while but we weren’t in a rush and we appreciated the server’s own patience. Despite the crowd he took time with each visit to our table to give us helpful advice about Montreal.

The second night we went a different server did his best to take care of everyone. Things took a while but not too long. It was very European in that sense: the French spend several hours at dinner and nothing is rushed.

Hotel/restaurant management might consider hiring additional staff to ease the burden on current employees.“

“My daughter got food poisoning from the chicken finger meal. Spent 12 hours in Emergency to get it confirmed. Only one of the four to get sick. Too bad because we came to Montreal to see the Habs and experience the Bell Centre. Hope it was an unfortunate occurrence and not the norm. Was our first time eating there. Don't believe we'll be back. Service and atmosphere were good but had to give everything 1 star otherwise the review was misleading.“
