“I usually enjoy buying puffs from this branch and have always appreciated the quality. Unfortunately, my recent experience was less pleasant. The person who mentioned being the manager did not seem very welcoming when taking my order and answered our questions in a way that felt dismissive.
I believe a warmer attitude toward customers would make a big difference. If the branch is too busy during peak hours, perhaps having additional staff could help ease the pressure.
Even though this branch is the closest to my place, I may consider visiting another location in the future.“

“Love this café. Espresso is consistently well prepared and dialed in, baked goods are solid, and of course you have 10+ roasters to choose from for freshly roasted coffee. My only nitpick would be that I wish the house roaster's beans were available as espresso on rotation. The house blend is good but I've had some mind blowing espresso here and I want more lol.“

“Love this place since the day it opened. Went the first week it opened its doors and the beer always tastes the same (that’s a good thing) extremely rare I like microbrews. I actually despise most of the beer they all make. There’s really only two places I love their beer and 4 origines is one of them. Their brown ale is spot on. It actually tastes like a brown English ale. No hoppy ipa bullshit taste. No garbage sweetness/no notes of nonsense molasses or honey crap. It’s just GOOD!“

“I’m disabled and found it easy to walk into the place. It wasn’t overly crowded but had enough people to make it feel very lively! I started with the tortilla soup, then had the fish tacos and to drink I tried the strawberry Jarritos and a sip of their margarita which I’d have again on a warm day ☀️ Everything was delicious, the staff was patient and courteous. I felt very comfortable and I’m already planning my next visit for the springtime!“

“Finally got to check this spot out in the summer after hearing much hype. It's difficult to gauge if it lived up to it just because of how much hype there was, but if not it came close. This place has a unique location as it is placed in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The elongated layout allows it to fit into the grid while allowing a fairly large capacity across the two rooms. Riverside doesn't bother with a house cocktail menu, but the bartenders are skilled with any of your classic cocktails you enjoy. The prices are about where you'd expect them to be at such an establishment. This place maintains a presentable atmosphere and is overall a great place to mingle. That being said, expect a congested crowd in peak hours. See you next summer, Riverside!“

“La Dolce Vita Gelato in Montreal was definitely worth the visit! I tried a few flavors and couldn’t choose just one, so I went with the dark chocolate vegan and chocolate hazelnut. Both were absolutely delicious! There’s such a huge variety of flavors to choose from, it’s hard to pick just one.

The vibe of the place is lovely, and the lady at the counter was super sweet and helpful in guiding me to choose the perfect flavors. I wish I had more time to try even more of their unique options. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area!“

“Café Lali (1850 Notre-Dame St W, Montreal, Quebec H3J 1M5) - is a place with a super interesting concept, one I've seen many times in Europe, especially in Paris! 🎨☕ It's a small but very cozy cafe with a great interior that immediately catches the eye with its originality and atmosphere.
You can enjoy great coffee here, although, in my opinion, it's a bit over-roasted. ☕ But that's a matter of taste, and overall, the coffee here is really good. And the pastries are super delicious! 🥐 Fresh, fragrant, with a variety of fillings - the perfect complement to a cup of coffee.
Café Lali is more than just a coffee shop. There are a lot of cool paintings and other various art objects here, which create a special atmosphere. 🖼️ You can not only enjoy coffee and pastries but also look at the art, purchase something for your collection, or simply get inspired. This makes this place unique.
