“I've been a customer since they had opened and it was always amazing, I haven't been since covid, randomly walked in yesterday and was amazed that the prices are the same, the size and quality of the sandwiches are exactly the same and that everything is just perfect. I took the classic with the classic sauce, peperette and Stewart's root beer. Had amazing service with a smile, everything prepared exactly like I wanted, I was excited like a kid to get home and destroy it. I am so happy. So many businesses (95%) went downhill in shrinking everything and charging DOUBLE. Dagwoods did not drop.“

“I arrived early on a Tuesday morning to pick up some lunch to-go. The cafe was empty and I was helped immediately. I ordered the ham & cheese croissant and a hot tea for under $10. Then I unwrapped the sandwich for lunch I was surprised it was pressed but it was a nice touch. The tomato and lettuce on the sandwich seemed a bit on the short side but the croissant was delicious and there was a decent about of ham and cheese. All in all a very good value for the price. I would definitely stop by this establishment again.“

So sorry that I can't remember the name of the woman who served us, but she did say she was originally from Newfoundland. She was a delight! Nowadays, it's quite rare to experience that level of customer service, where the employee is genuinely happy to interact with you and does her best to ensure customers have the best experience possible. You have a rare gem at your establishment!“

“This is not exactly an authentic Banh Mi, but nor do I care. It's like 75% Banh Mi, 25% North American sub. The result is fantastic as the sandwich is much wider than most Banh Mi, packed with crisp veggies and a decent layer of flavourful meat. It's a truly filling Banh Mi that mostly justifies the price. I love eating at Le Central, I enjoy the casual seating options and just how quickly you can stop by for a quality meal.“

“This is my go-to subway spot and I never had any problems with it. Staff are always super nice and patient and my sandwich is always delicious! However, I do wish their soup were available more tho. Every time I go (no matter how early or late in the day), there is usually no soup available which is disappointing. Overall, I really like this location!“

“I have always wanted to try this place and finally had an opportunity to go in and ordered Irresistible Sandwich. It was a taste bud delight. The meat was grilled to perfection and the sandwich was perfectly smothered in all sorts of tastes from the sauce, vegetables and marinade. The price for 2026 was quite reasonable and the trio gave you a healthy portion of french fries. The only thing I would say was that there was a funky smell in the restaurant the whole time I was there. I do not know if that was a function of Cote Des Neiges Street having a garbage day or just a general miasma in the Downtown and surrounding area of that core. But when it comes to the food, it was filling, tasty, and a good portion size. If you need a quick takeout delight and you are in the Cote Des Neiges and Lacombe area, go here.“

“This is overall a really solid subway shop that slices their meat deliciously thin and pretty consitently gets a good ratio of sauce and veggies going. The one downside is have with it is I find they give less meat than other subways ive tried. Its still very good, I just wish they would put one or two more deli slices on my sub. I guess it really depends on what you want/ what sub you get. Overall a good experience 👍“

“We have been regular customers since they opened up again. It has a really nice atmosphere and fresh look. The staff are always happy to see us and serve us. Today we were very pleased with our sandwiches they were amazing. Fresh bread made today and they have new mini cookies that were delicious. I accidentally left my purse behind and didn’t realize it until I had already left. The next day, several people contacted me through Messenger because Badia, one of the employees, had posted an announcement on Facebook to help find the owner. Thanks to her kindness and honesty, I was able to get in touch with the restaurant.

When I went to pick up my purse, Badia was no longer there, but the staff made sure it was really mine by asking me to describe what was inside and verifying that the photo on my ID matched me. I really appreciated how seriously they took the security of my belongings.

In the end, I got my purse back with everything important still inside.

Thank you, Subway, and especially Badia, for your outstanding service, honesty, and kindness. It truly made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful!“

“This location has absolutely outstanding customer service! The first time I ordered from here, it was quite late on a weekend and they were unfortunately out of stock on a few items. The woman working there was so sweet and kindly offered me free chips to make up for the missing toppings.
Then today, I accidentally placed a mobile order here by mistake instead of my usual location. I called the store to explain and asked if I could pick it up later in the evening. They were incredibly accommodating! They kept my slip ready and waited until I actually arrived to make my power bowl so it would be completely fresh. The employee working took great care making it, adding perfect portions of toppings, and he even chopped my veggies—a detail that most other Subways completely miss.

“I was at the car wash next door and I decided to grab a combo from this place while I waited for my car to be washed. The service was impeccable by Kayla. She was working all alone and had a line of 6 people and she handled it like a champion and always polite and a beautiful smile on her face. The food was fresh and honestly delicious. “It's your typical subway restaurant, but placed in a convenient mall near students, office workers and available for a quick dinner at anytime. The only problem is the small size of it and no unlimited refills as far as I know. Since we're at Alexis Nihon there, the place is ideal for groups, but the chain shares the chairs and tables with other restaurants, which can also be bad depending of the situation. Great nonetheless.“
